7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
No Signal / Black Screen
  • Ensure all cables (USB-C, HDMI, power) are securely connected.
  • Verify your source device (laptop, console) is powered on and outputting a signal.
  • If using USB-C, confirm your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
  • Try a different cable or input source to rule out cable/source issues.
  • Check the OSD menu to ensure the correct input source is selected.
No Power
  • Ensure the Type-C power cable is connected to a sufficient power source (e.g., wall adapter, powered USB port).
  • If using a full-function USB-C cable, ensure your device provides enough power to the monitor.
Image is Flickering or Distorted
  • Check cable connections for looseness or damage.
  • Reduce the resolution or refresh rate of the source device.
  • Ensure the monitor's refresh rate is set correctly in the OSD menu.
No Sound from Speakers
  • Increase the monitor's volume using the buttons or OSD menu.
  • Check the audio output settings on your source device.
  • Ensure no headphones are connected to the 3.5mm audio jack if you want sound from the built-in speakers.

8. User Tips

  • Portability: The monitor is lightweight (approx. 1.148 kg) and slim, making it easy to carry in a briefcase or backpack for on-the-go productivity or entertainment.
  • Gaming Enhancement: For an immersive gaming experience, connect your console and utilize the monitor's 60Hz refresh rate and Adaptive Sync technology for smooth visuals.
  • Dual Screen Setup: When connecting to a laptop, configure your display settings (e.g., Extend, Duplicate) in your operating system to maximize productivity.
