5.1 Safety Precautions
- Always install and use the trainer on a flat and sturdy surface.
- Before each use, carefully check that your quick-release lever or thru-axle is securely locked to the frame to prevent loosening, which could cause personal injury and property damage.
- Do not touch the moving parts of the trainer with your hands or any objects.
- After long-term use, the trainer's freewheel may become hot; do not touch it.
- During cycling, keep children and pets away from the trainer.
- Do not touch the freewheel or disassemble the bicycle while the inertia flywheel is still spinning.
- During use, keep the trainer away from fire sources, water sources, and other obstacles.
- Do not stand on the trainer while pedaling; avoid excessive rocking; pay attention to safety.
- Users with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other conditions unsuitable for high-intensity exercise are strictly prohibited from using the trainer.
- Consult a doctor before starting or modifying any exercise training plan.
- Individuals who are not capable of responsible behavior should not use the trainer.

6. Maintenance
- Keep the trainer clean and dry. Wipe down after each use to prevent sweat corrosion.
- Regularly inspect all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Avoid exposing the trainer to excessive moisture or direct water contact to prevent equipment failure.
- When transporting or storing the trainer, use the original packing materials to protect it from damage.
- Periodically check for any signs of wear and tear on moving parts and cables.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Connectivity Issues
- The trainer cannot connect to a cycling app and a bike computer at the same time, as this may cause data output and resistance to malfunction.
- If your smart trainer cannot be found by the app, it may be due to:
- The same smart trainer cannot be connected to two apps simultaneously.
- If the smart trainer is already connected to an app (a solid red light indicates it is connected), the next app will not be able to find the smart trainer.
Solution: First, check and disconnect any previous connection (or unplug and restart the trainer; a flashing red light indicates a waiting connection state), and then proceed with the next app connection.
8. User Tips
- Single App Connection: To ensure optimal performance and accurate data, always ensure only one application (either a cycling app or a bike computer) is actively connected to your ThinkRider XXPRO trainer at any given time. Simultaneous connections can lead to data inaccuracies and resistance control issues.
- Unplugged Riding: The XXPRO features enhanced self-power generation, allowing for an authentic riding experience even when unplugged. This is particularly useful for flexible placement without needing a power outlet nearby.
- Quiet Operation: The direct drive system and brushless motor ensure quiet operation, making it suitable for indoor use without disturbing others.
9. Warranty
- The product is guaranteed for one year. If the product fails during the warranty period due to original device quality problems or assembly process, the company will provide free maintenance and spare parts replacement.
- Please use the original packing materials when you need to ship the package for service.
- Product damage or malfunction caused by the following reasons is not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by use or installation not in accordance with the instructions.
- Product damage caused by human factors or accidents.
- Unauthorized disassembly of the product without contacting the company or dealer.
- Ingress of water causing equipment failure.
- Aging and scratches caused by normal use.
