7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Blades

  • After each use, switch off the clipper and remove the guide comb.
  • Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any loose hairs from the blades and the clipper body.
  • The blades can be washed under running water. Ensure the clipper body is not immersed.
  • Allow the blades to air dry completely before reattaching the comb or storing the clipper.

7.2 Oiling the Blades

Regular oiling helps maintain blade sharpness and prolongs the life of your clipper. Apply a small drop of clipper oil (not included due to transportation restrictions) to the blades after every few uses, especially after washing. Turn on the clipper for a few seconds to distribute the oil evenly.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Clipper not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.
  • Poor cutting performance: Check if the blades are clean and free of hair. Ensure the blades are properly oiled. If the issue persists, the blades might be dull and require replacement.
  • Unusual noise: Ensure the blades are clean and properly oiled. If the noise continues, discontinue use and contact customer support.

9. User Tips

  • For best results, always start with a longer guide comb and gradually switch to shorter ones if needed.
  • When trimming, move the clipper slowly and steadily to ensure an even cut.
  • Consider purchasing specialized blades or additional guide combs if you require specific patterns or very short lengths not covered by the included accessories.
