- Do not let the battery completely drain frequently. Charge it before it reaches 0%.
- If storing the tablet for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and power it off.
5.2 Cleaning the Device
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet.
- For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-cleaning solution.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or aerosol sprays directly on the tablet.
5.3 Software Updates
Regularly check for and install software updates to ensure your tablet has the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements. Go to Settings > System > System update to check for available updates.

To maintain optimal performance, regularly manage your tablet's storage:
- Delete unnecessary files, apps, and media.
- Move large files to a TF card or cloud storage.
- Clear cache data for apps in Settings > Apps.
6. Troubleshooting
- Tablet not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
- Apps crashing or freezing: Close the problematic app and reopen it. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear cache). As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.
