4. Setup and Connection

4.1 Initial Pairing (Nintendo Switch/Switch2)

  1. On your Nintendo Switch/Switch2 console, navigate to: Home > Controller > Change Grip/Order.
  2. Press and hold the circular pairing button located at the top of the controller until the indicator light flashes quickly.
  3. Release the button. The console should detect and pair with the controller.

Note:

  • Only the first connection requires this pairing process.
  • To wake up or reconnect the controller to the console after initial pairing, simply press and hold the Home button (house shape) for about 3 seconds.
  • To enable the Switch 2 wake-up function, ensure you reinstall the original Joy-Con controllers into the Switch 2 console after removing them.

The controller features six-axis motion sensing, providing an immersive gaming experience by accurately capturing dynamic operations. This function is supported on Nintendo Switch and Switch2 consoles.

5.2 Sunken Hall Joystick

Experience precise control with the 1000Hz high refresh rate sunken Hall joystick. Its design reduces protruding height by 75%, preventing accidental collisions and mis-touches. The included extended joystick caps restore a classic controller feel and are compatible with various games.

5.3 Advanced Functions

  • Cross Key Left Joystick Swap: Easily swap the functionality of the cross key and the left joystick. A vibration prompt confirms successful swapping.

5.5 Charging

7. Troubleshooting

  • Re-pair: Follow the pairing instructions in Section 4.1 to re-establish the connection with your device.
  • Restart Device: Restart your console, PC, or mobile device and then attempt to connect the controller again.
  • Interference: Move closer to your device and ensure there are no strong wireless interference sources nearby.

7.2 Buttons/Joysticks Not Responding Correctly

  • Recalibrate: Check your device's settings for controller calibration options and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Clean: Ensure no debris is lodged around the buttons or joysticks.
  • Software/Driver: For PC, ensure you have the latest drivers installed. For Android, verify keylinker software configuration.

7.3 Controller Not Charging

  • Check Cable: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the controller and the power source. Try a different USB cable if available.
  • Power Source: Try a different USB port or wall adapter.
