2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Basic Installation
The Junsun car radio is designed for 'Plug & Play' installation. The power cable is pin-to-pin compatible with your car's power interface, simplifying the installation process.

2.3 Rear View Camera Connection (Optional)
If you are installing an optional rear view camera, follow these steps:
- Connect the red cable (②) from the camera to the backup light's positive (+) terminal.
- Connect the black cable (①) from the camera to the vehicle's ground (GND).
- Connect the reversing detection cable (④, brown color) to the red cable (③) extending from the video input cable.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
To connect your smartphone wirelessly:
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and pair it with the car radio's Bluetooth.
- Once paired, the car radio will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
- Your phone will prompt a message to "use carplay with Zlink or AutoLink".
- Turn on your mobile phone's Wi-Fi, and CarPlay/Android Auto will connect.

3.2 Wired CarPlay & Android Auto
To connect your smartphone via a wired connection:
- Use your original data cable to connect your phone to the 4 PIN USB cable of the car radio.
- Activate the CarPlay/Android Auto function on your phone.
- Select the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the car radio to establish the connection.
3.3 GPS Navigation
The device features a built-in GPS module and external antenna for stable navigation. It supports offline maps (requires prior download) and provides real-time traffic information to help avoid congestion. Voice prompts and visual guidance ensure you stay on the optimal route.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Software Updates (OTA)
The car radio supports Over-the-Air (OTA) updates. This allows the system to automatically download and install firmware, software, UI, and navigation map updates, ensuring you always have the latest features and bug fixes without manual intervention.
4.2 Cooling System
The device is equipped with a powerful cooling fan (available on V1 4G, X9, V9 Pro models) to maintain optimal operating temperature for the CPU, ensuring stable and reliable performance, especially during prolonged use or in hot environments.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Steering Wheel Control Not Working
If your steering wheel controls are not functioning:
- Check for Canbus: Determine if your product package includes a Canbus module.
- Without Canbus: Go to "Settings" > "Vehicle Settings" > "General" > "Steering Wheel Control Type" > "Learning Type" and configure the controls manually.
- With Canbus: Ensure the 8-pin interface of the Canbus cable is properly connected. Then, select the correct Canbus type in the settings. If unsure about the Canbus model, contact customer service.
5.2 Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues
If you encounter problems connecting wirelessly:
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and successfully paired with the car radio.
- Verify that your phone's Wi-Fi is enabled after Bluetooth pairing.
- Check for any pop-up messages on your phone related to CarPlay/Android Auto activation.
5.3 Wired CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues
If you encounter problems connecting via a wired connection:
- Ensure you are using your original data cable.
- Confirm the phone is connected to the 4 PIN USB cable of the car radio.
