1. Product Overview

The Baseus BH1 NC are advanced wireless Bluetooth headphones designed for an immersive audio experience. They feature active noise cancellation, high-resolution audio support, and a comfortable, foldable design, making them ideal for various uses from gaming to daily commutes.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

  • A full charge provides up to 80 hours of continuous listening.
  • A quick 10-minute flash charge can provide up to 12 hours of listening time.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones to a device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "Baseus BH1 NC" from the list.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will change to a steady light or turn off, depending on the model.

The headphones support Bluetooth 6.0 for stable and seamless connection.

3.3 Dual Device Connection

The Baseus BH1 NC headphones can connect to two devices simultaneously, allowing for effortless sound switching between your phone, tablet, or laptop without re-pairing.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Button Functions

The headphones feature intuitive touch button controls. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

AUX Mode For audio from external device by inserting Type-C cable (supports data transfer). AUX mode supports noise reduction and volume adjustment.

4.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The headphones feature a powerful triple noise-canceling system, providing up to -45dB noise reduction. This effectively blocks 99.8% of external noise, allowing for a quiet listening experience.

  • Adaptive ANC 3.0: The headphones actively detect different noise levels 380,000 times per second in multiple scenarios and adaptively adjust the noise reduction level to maintain quietness.
  • Custom Mode: Utilize the Baseus app to access a five-level custom adjustment mode, allowing you to freely adjust noise reduction intensity based on your environment.

4.3 Call Noise Reduction

Equipped with a 5-microphone ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) system, the headphones use a beamforming array and Tak pickup microphone to accurately capture human voice and reduce background noise by 50%, ensuring clear calls even in noisy environments.

4.4 App Customization

Download the official Baseus app to unlock more intelligent operation experiences, including EQ modes, ambient sound settings, and custom noise reduction levels.

4.5 Spatial Sound

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in a cool, dry place. The dual-axis rotatable and foldable design allows for compact storage and easy portability.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged.
  • Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing LED) and within range of your device. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try pairing again.
  • No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are correctly paired.
  • Poor Sound Quality/Intermittent Connection: Move closer to your device to reduce interference. Ensure no physical obstructions are between the headphones and the device.
  • ANC Not Working Effectively: Ensure the ANC mode is activated. If using custom mode, check settings in the Baseus app.
