1. Setup
1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items are present and undamaged. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
1.2 Charging the Printer
The Phomemo P831 printer is equipped with a 2000mAh Lithium Battery and supports USB-C fast charging. Before first use, fully charge the printer.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the printer's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge can support printing approximately 70 sheets.

1.3 Loading the Ribbon and Paper
The P831 uses transfer printing technology, requiring a ribbon for operation.

- Press the two open cover buttons on the sides of the printer to open the top cover.
- Install the transfer ribbon according to the correct direction indicated inside the printer.
- Close the top cover securely.
- Insert A4 paper into the paper input slot. The printer will automatically adjust the paper position.
1.4 Connecting to Your Device
The Phomemo P831 supports both USB cable and Bluetooth connections.
1.4.1 USB Cable Connection
For computer printing, connect the printer via USB. Drivers may be required.
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.

1.4.2 Bluetooth Connection
For mobile printing, use the Phomemo app and Bluetooth.
- Download the "Phomemo" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Long press the Power Button on the printer to turn it on and activate Bluetooth.
- Open the Phomemo app on your smartphone or tablet and connect to the printer via Bluetooth within the app.

- Simply grab the sheet and re-insert it into the printer to print the second side.

3. Maintenance

- Keep the printer clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior.
