4. Setup and Connection

4.1 Initial Connection (Wired)

For the very first connection, it is recommended to connect the controller to your device using the provided USB-C cable. This helps establish a stable initial pairing.

4.2 Wireless Pairing with Nintendo Switch

  1. From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, select 'Controllers'.
  2. Select 'Change Grip/Order'.
  3. On the AceGamer Wireless Controller, press and hold the 'open' button (usually the Home button) for more than 2 seconds.
  4. The LED indicator lights on the controller will flash. Once the connection is successful, the LED light will stop flashing and remain solid.

4.3 One-Button Wake-up Function

After the first successful connection:

  • For the initial wireless connection, press the 'Y' + 'Home' button simultaneously.
  • Subsequently, you can simply press the 'Home' button on the controller to wake up your Nintendo Switch console and automatically reconnect the controller.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Button Layout

Refer to the diagram below for the standard button layout and functions:

5.2 Programmable Buttons (M1/M2)

The controller features two programmable back keys, M1 and M2, which can be mapped to any of the 16 base keys (A, B, X, Y, R, L, +, -, D-pad directions, L2, R2, Home, Capture, Left Joystick Click, Right Joystick Click). This allows for more comfortable and efficient gameplay by reducing finger strain.

To program M1/M2:

  1. Press and hold the 'M' button (located on the back of the controller) until the indicator light starts flashing.
  2. Press the M1 or M2 button you wish to program.
  3. Press the desired base key (e.g., 'A' button) you want to assign to M1/M2.
  4. Press the 'M' button again to save the setting. The indicator light will stop flashing.

The controller supports 3 speeds of Turbo (auto-fire) functionality: 5 shots/s, 12 shots/s, and 20 shots/s. This can be switched between manual and auto Turbo mode.

To activate/adjust Turbo:

  1. Press and hold the 'T' button (located on the back of the controller) and then press the button you wish to apply Turbo to (e.g., 'A' button). This activates manual Turbo.
  2. To change Turbo speed, press and hold the 'T' button and move the Right Joystick Up or Down.
  3. To switch to Auto Turbo, press and hold the 'T' button and press the desired button twice.
  4. To clear Turbo for a button, press and hold the 'T' button and press the button again.

5.4 Vibration Adjustment

The dual motors provide 4 adjustable vibration levels (0%, 30%, 70%, 100%) for immersive physical feedback during gameplay.

To adjust vibration intensity:

  • Press and hold the 'T' button and then press the D-pad Up or Down to cycle through the vibration levels.

5.5 6-Axis Gyro Sensor

The built-in 6-axis gyro sensor allows for precise direction and view control in games that support motion sensing. This feature is automatically active when supported by the game.
