Setup
1. Charging the Earphones and Case
- Place the earphones into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated to make contact with the charging pins.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator lights on the case and/or earphones will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 1-2 hours for the earphones and 2-3 hours for the case.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
- First-time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on one or both earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
- Search for available devices and select "HTC NE19" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the LED indicator on the earphones will stop flashing.
- Re-pairing: If the earphones do not automatically connect to a previously paired device, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and select "HTC NE19" from your Bluetooth device list.
3. Wearing the Earphones
The HTC NE19 earphones feature an OWS (Open Wireless Stereo) ear hook design for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during sports activities.
- Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) earphones.
- Gently place the earbud part into your ear canal and hook the ear hook over the back of your ear.
- Adjust the ear hook and earbud position for a snug and comfortable fit that allows for ambient sound awareness.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the multi-function button on each earphone for a few seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the multi-function button on each earphone for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single tap the multi-function button on either earphone.
- Next Track: Double tap the multi-function button on the right earphone.
- Previous Track: Double tap the multi-function button on the left earphone.
- Volume Up: Triple tap the multi-function button on the right earphone.
- Volume Down: Triple tap the multi-function button on the left earphone.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single tap the multi-function button on either earphone.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earphone for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant (AI)
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earphone for 2 seconds (when not on a call).
Waterproof Rating (IPX4)
The HTC NE19 earphones have an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. They are suitable for workouts and light rain but should not be submerged in water.

Cleaning
