5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Roborock A30 Pro Steam.
5.1 Self-Cleaning Function
The device features a 150°C steam self-cleaning function. After each use, place the vacuum on its charging dock and activate the self-cleaning cycle as per the on-screen instructions or manual controls. This helps to clean the brush roll and internal pathways, preventing odors and maintaining hygiene.
5.2 Emptying and Cleaning Dirty Water Tank
After each wet cleaning session, empty the dirty water tank. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before re-installing. This prevents the accumulation of dirt and odors, contributing to the 14-day sewage odor prevention feature.
5.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll
Periodically inspect the brush roll for tangled hair or debris. The double teeth design helps prevent entanglement, but manual cleaning may still be required. Remove the brush roll as instructed in the manual and clear any obstructions. Rinse if necessary and ensure it is dry before re-installation.
