Initial Setup and Pairing:

   • Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode.
   • On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.

4. Automatic Left-Right Correction: The earbuds do not distinguish between left and right. Simply place them into the charging case in any order; the case will automatically detect and assign the correct sound channels when you take them out.

Wearing the Earbuds:

1. Clip the earbud onto the thinnest part of your ear.
2. Slide the earbuds down and adjust their position for optimal audio performance and a secure fit.

3. Operating the Earbuds

Touch Controls:

• Play/Pause: Double tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Double tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Tap and hold for 1.5 seconds on either earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on the left earbud.

Dual-Device Connection:

• Sound from only one earphone:
  Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the cover. Then, take them out again. If the issue persists, restore the factory settings for both earbuds.
• Mobile phone cannot connect:
  Delete the existing pairing record on your mobile phone, then search for "QCY Crossky C50" and connect again.
• No sound when listening to music or calling:
  For Android phones, check the Bluetooth settings for "QCY Crossky C50". Click the settings icon, turn off and then re-enable "mobile phone audio" and "media audio". If there is still no sound, re-pair the earbuds with your phone.
