5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Silverflo T12 Soldering Station:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Connect Soldering Iron: Plug the soldering iron cable into the port labeled "SOLDERING STATION" on the main unit. Secure the connection by tightening the threaded collar.
- Connect Hot Air Gun: Plug the hot air gun cable into the port labeled "REWORK STATION" on the main unit.
- Assemble Soldering Iron Holder: Attach the spring holder, metal cleaning ball, and cleaning sponge to the multifunctional soldering iron holder. This holder can be placed on the side or top of the main unit for convenience.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Flip the main power switch located on the front panel to turn the unit ON or OFF.
6.2 Soldering Station Operation
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons or the rotary knob in the "SOLDERING STATION" section to set the desired temperature. The current temperature will be displayed on the LED screen.
- Auto Sleep Mode: If the soldering iron is not used and remains stationary for longer than 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. The display will show "SLP". To resume operation, simply pick up the soldering iron.
6.3 Hot Air Rework Station Operation
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons or the rotary knob in the "REWORK STATION" section to set the desired hot air temperature.
- Air Volume Adjustment: Use the dedicated rotary knob to adjust the air flow rate.
- Auto Start/Stop: Pick up the hot air gun from its holder to activate it. The unit will begin heating to the set temperature. When you place the hot air gun back into its holder, it will automatically cool down and enter standby mode.
