Setup
1. Wearing the Headphones
Adjust the headband and earcups for a comfortable and secure fit. Ensure the earcups fully cover your ears for optimal sound isolation and noise cancellation.
Proper wearing of the headphones ensures comfort and sound quality. Adjust the headband and earcups as needed.
2. Powering On/Off
- To turn on: Press and hold the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 2 seconds. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (blue light flashes quickly).
- To turn off: Press and hold the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 2 seconds.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone or playback device.
- Select "Baseus Bass EH10 NC" from the list of available devices.
- The headphones will remember the last connected devices and automatically reconnect when powered on.
4. Multipoint Pairing
The Baseus EH10 NC headphones support multipoint connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously.
- Connect the headphones to Device A. Then, turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
- Connect the headphones to Device B.
- Turn on Bluetooth on Device A; the headphones will automatically reconnect. Your multipoint connection is now ready.
Multipoint connection allows seamless switching between two paired devices.
5. App Control
Take full control of your listening experience with the dedicated Baseus App. You can adjust EQ settings, enhance bass, and more to match your style.
- Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide or on the product packaging to download the Baseus App.
- Follow the in-app instructions to link your headphones and access custom settings.
- Ensure the headphones are near your device and the App is up to date for optimal functionality.
The Baseus App provides various customization options including Noise Reduction Modes, Spatial Acoustics, and EQ Modes.
Operation
1. Music & Call Controls
The headphones feature user-friendly physical buttons for precise control.
Physical buttons for music playback, call management, and ANC control.
- Volume Up/Down: Press '+' or '-' button.
- Play/Pause: Single press the MFB.
- Skip Track: Press and hold '+' for 2s (next track), '-' for 2s (previous track).
- Answer/End Call: Single press the MFB.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2s.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple press the MFB.
2. Sound Mode Controls
The headphones offer various sound modes to adapt to your environment.
Select from up to 5 noise-cancelling modes and various levels for your desired needs.
- ANC Button (x1): Switch between Noise Reduction / Transparency / Normal modes.
- MFB Button (x2): Toggle spatial sound: Normal / Music / Cinematic.
- MFB Button (x3): Activate voice assistant.
3. Wired Mode
You can use the headphones in wired mode with the included 3.5mm Jack Adapter.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's audio jack and the other end to your playback device.
- The volume controls on the headphones remain functional in wired mode.
Charging
To charge your Baseus EH10 NC headphones, use the provided USB-C cable.
Enjoy up to 80 hours of nonstop listening on a single charge and a quick charge to extend the playtime.
- Charging Indicator: Red light pulses during charging.
- Fully Charged Indicator: Blue light stays solid when fully charged.
- Quick Charge: Approximately 10 minutes of charge provides 10 hours of playtime.
- Full Charge Time: Approximately 1.5 hours.
Important: The power delivered by the charger must be between a minimum of 2.5 Watts and a maximum of 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed and comply with radio equipment requirements.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headphones. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Avoid exposing the battery to high or low extreme temperatures during use, storage, or transportation. Do not dispose of the battery in fire or crush it, as this may lead to explosions.
Troubleshooting
1. Factory Reset
If you experience persistent issues, you can perform a factory reset:
- When the headphones are powered on, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons for approximately 5 seconds.
- The red light will flash three times, indicating a successful reset.
- This action will reset the headphones and restore custom settings in the App to their default state.
2. Common Issues
- No Sound: Ensure the headphones are powered on, paired correctly, and the volume is not muted. Check the audio source device.
- Connection Issues: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are within range (<10m). Try re-pairing the headphones.
- Poor Call Quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check for environmental noise and consider using ANC.
