7. Troubleshooting and Warm Tips
Donlim ceramic accessories are hand-made, and certain characteristics are normal and do not affect use.
| Characteristic | Description |
|---|---|
| Black Spot | Ceramic embryo in the process of surface glazing may contain iron elements and black minerals, leading to the formation of black spots. This is normal and does not affect use. |
| Grouting Hole | The production process requires a grouting hole to the mold. After drying, the hole is sealed. Small traces may be visible, but these are not quality problems. |
| Uneven Glaze Color | Due to manual glazing and firing, slight unevenness in glaze color may occur. This is normal and does not affect use. |
| Uneven Vent Hole | After the mud embryo is demoulded and fired at high temperature for a long time, the individual vent holes may be slightly uneven. This is normal and will not affect the normal use. |
| Glass Bubble | During the glazing process, mineral raw materials may produce bubbles. These are normal and do not affect the use. |

8. User Tips
