2. Setup Guide
2.1 What's in the Box
Before you begin, please check the contents of your package:

2.2 Device Layout and Interfaces
Familiarize yourself with the ports and indicators on your KM9 Pro Max:

- DC Power Input: Connect the provided 12V/1A power adapter here.
- LAN: Connect an Ethernet cable for wired internet access.
- HDMI: Connect to your TV's HDMI input for video and audio output.

2.3 Remote Control Setup
The KM9 Pro Max comes with an IR+BT Voice Remote. To set it up:
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Insert two AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment.

2.4 Connecting to Your TV

8. Warranty and Support
8.1 Warranty Information
This product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if there is any problem with your product, please contact customer service with a video demonstrating the issue. Our technical staff will verify the problem.
- If the product can be repaired, the seller will cover the repair cost and shipping cost, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the product is verified to have an irreparable problem:
- Within 90 days from the date of purchase, we can resend a new product or provide a full refund.
- Within 180 days from the date of purchase, the buyer pays the shipping fee, and we can resend a new product.
- Within 360 days from the date of purchase, we will refund 50% of the buyer's purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

- The warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized disassembly of the product without the seller's permission. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to refuse after-sales service, and the buyer shall bear the consequences.
