Important Safety Instructions

  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.

  • Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or labels from the oven.
  3. Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

Placement:

  • Place the oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides and top).
  • Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains or walls.
  • Keep the oven away from water sources.

Initial Cleaning:

  1. Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  2. Wash all accessories (baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie spit, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Insert the crumb tray at the bottom of the oven.

First Operation (Burn-in):

It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes on its highest temperature setting (230°C) with the door slightly ajar. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

  • Top Knob (Temperature Control): Adjusts the cooking temperature from 100°C to 230°C.
  • Middle Knob (Function Selector): Selects the desired cooking mode.
  • Bottom Knob (Timer/Power): Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes and turns the oven ON/OFF.

Cooking Functions:

The oven offers 5 distinct cooking functions:

  • Combined Top and Bottom Heat: Ideal for general baking and roasting.
  • Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or other meats using the rotating spit.
  • Convection: Circulates hot air for even and faster cooking, resulting in tender and tasty dishes.
  • Grill + Rotisserie: Combines grilling with rotisserie for crispy skin and even cooking.
  • Grill + Convection: Combines grilling with convection for enhanced browning and faster cooking.

General Operation:

  1. Place food on the appropriate accessory (baking tray, wire rack, or rotisserie spit).
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
  4. Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode.
  5. Turn the Timer/Power Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  6. When the cooking time expires, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound.
  7. To manually turn off the oven, turn the Timer/Power Knob to "OFF".
  8. Always use oven mitts when removing food or accessories from the hot oven.

Using the Rotisserie:

  1. Secure the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the rotisserie spit using the forks provided. Ensure it is balanced.
  2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie spit into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
  3. Rest the square end of the spit onto the support on the left side.
  4. Select a rotisserie function (Rotisserie or Grill + Rotisserie) using the Function Selector Knob.
  5. Set temperature and time as desired.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning:

  1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
  3. Interior: Clean the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water can be used. Avoid getting water on the heating elements.
  4. Crumb Tray: The removable crumb tray should be cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards. Slide it out, discard crumbs, and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting.

  5. Accessories: Wash the baking tray, wire rack, and rotisserie spit in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  6. Double-Glazed Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. The double-glazed design helps maintain temperature and is resistant to high heat.

Storage:

Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
