4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the camera for approximately 10 hours using the provided charging cable. This ensures the internal 8000mAh battery is ready for optimal performance, especially when relying on solar power.
4.2 App Installation
- Download the V380 Pro app from your mobile device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Install the app and create an account if you don't already have one.
4.3 Camera Connection (WiFi or 4G)
The LS-CS5 camera comes in two versions: WiFi and 4G. Ensure you have the correct version for your intended use.
4.3.1 WiFi Camera Version
- This version connects to your home's 2.4GHz WiFi network. It does not support 5GHz WiFi or 4G SIM cards.
- Follow the in-app instructions for adding a new device using the QR code network configuration.

4.3.2 4G Camera Version
- This version requires a 4G data SIM card for connection and does not support WiFi.
- Insert a compatible 4G SIM card into the designated slot on the camera.
- Follow the in-app instructions for adding a new device.

4.4 Physical Installation
The camera can be installed on the side, ceiling, or in a normal upright position. Use the provided installation board and screw accessories for secure mounting.
- Choose a location with ample sunlight for the solar panel and a clear view for the camera.
- Attach the installation board to your desired surface using the screw accessories.
- Mount the camera onto the installation board.
- Connect the solar panel to the camera using the 1.3m extension cord. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight.
- Manually adjust the camera's orientation by rotating it up to 180° on its bracket to achieve the desired initial viewing angle.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Working Modes
The camera offers three working modes to optimize battery life and recording coverage. It is recommended to use the low-power mode for best battery life.
- Low-power mode: PIR detection alarm, low power consumption for stable battery life. The device sleeps and triggers alarm recording only when someone passes by.
- Adaptive power mode: Smartly switches recording modes, balancing continuous recording and battery life. The device continues recording when the battery is sufficient.
- Battery saving mode: Always sleep. Only remote wake-up. Ultimate battery life.

5.2 PTZ Control
Control the camera's pan (355°) and tilt (100°) movements remotely through the V380 Pro app to monitor any area you desire.

5.3 Night Vision
The camera supports two night vision modes:
- Infrared Night Vision: Provides clear black and white images in low light conditions.
- Full-Color Night Vision: When a moving object is detected, the camera automatically turns on its white lights to switch to full-color night vision mode.

5.4 Motion Detection & Tracking
The camera utilizes PIR (Passive Infrared) and AI humanoid detection to accurately identify human movement and reduce false alarms.
- PIR Humanoid Detection: The mobile app will display alarm information prompts and sound alarms when a human is detected.
- Automatic Tracking: When a human moves in front of the camera, it will automatically pan or tilt to follow the movement, ensuring no important moments are missed.
- Customizable Alarm Area: You can define specific mobile detection alarm areas and set alarm time periods through the mobile app.

5.5 Two-Way Audio
The camera supports real-time two-way voice intercom. Use the V380 Pro app to listen and talk to visitors or deter intruders from anywhere.

5.6 Multi-User Remote Access
The camera's feed can be shared with multiple users through the mobile app, allowing family members or trusted individuals to access the live view and recordings.

5.7 Storage Options
The camera supports both local TF card storage and cloud storage for video recording.
- TF Card Storage: Supports up to 128GB (card not included). When motion is detected, the camera will quickly activate and record video, saving it to the TF card.
- Cloud Storage: Available via a paid subscription. Recorded videos can be stored securely in the cloud.

5.8 Pre-set Position Settings
You can set up to 6 preset positions within the app. Clicking on a preset position will automatically move the camera to that saved view.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lenses and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear vision and efficient solar charging. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Weather Protection: The camera is IP66 waterproof, dustproof, and UV-resistant, designed to operate in various weather conditions. However, extreme weather events may temporarily affect performance.
- Battery Health: Ensure the solar panel receives adequate sunlight to maintain battery charge. If the camera is in a shaded area for extended periods, manual charging may be required.

7. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to network: Double-check your WiFi password for WiFi versions, or ensure the 4G SIM card has an active data plan and good signal for 4G versions. Ensure you are using the correct camera version (WiFi vs. 4G) for your network type.
- Poor video quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure adequate lighting for night vision. Check your internet connection speed.
- Motion detection not working: Verify that PIR and AI humanoid detection are enabled in the app settings. Adjust sensitivity levels and customize alarm areas as needed.
- Battery draining quickly: Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving direct sunlight for several hours daily. Consider switching to 'Low-power mode' in the app settings for extended battery life.
- SD card not recording: Ensure the TF card is correctly inserted and formatted within the app. Check if the card is full or corrupted. Use a compatible SD card type.
- No audio: Check microphone and speaker settings in the app. Ensure volume is not muted.

- First Use: Always fully charge the camera for about 10 hours before its initial use to maximize battery performance.
