1. Introduction

4. Product Overview

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Placement

Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is enough space around the projector for proper ventilation. The projector can project an image size from 50 to 130 inches.

5.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power cord to the projector's power input port.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable AC power outlet.

5.3 Remote Control Setup

The remote control requires batteries (not included). Insert batteries according to the polarity markings. The remote features Google Voice Assistant for easy navigation and control.

5.4 Network Connection (Wi-Fi)

  1. Power on the projector.
  2. Navigate to 'Settings' on the home screen.
  3. Select 'Network settings' then 'Wireless network'.
  4. Turn on the Wi-Fi switch.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn the unit on or off.

6.2 Navigation (UI & Remote)

Use the directional buttons and 'OK' button on the remote control to navigate the Android 11 interface. The Google Voice Assistant button allows for voice commands.

6.3 Auto Focus & Keystone Correction

The HY260 PRO features innovative auto-focus and auto trapezoidal correction. This automatically corrects skewed images to provide a square picture. You can enable or disable these features in 'Projection settings'.

6.4 Screen Mirroring

The projector supports various screen mirroring options:

  • Wireless: Connect your iPhone/Android smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi.
  • Miracast: For Android devices.
  • AirPlay: For iOS devices.

To use, ensure your device and the projector are on the same network. Open the 'Transcreen' app on the projector and follow the instructions to connect.

6.5 App Usage & Voice Control

The projector runs Android 11.0, providing access to over 4,000 applications including Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Use the remote's voice control button to quickly find and play content.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Lens

Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.2 Cleaning the Projector Body

Wipe the exterior of the projector with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Ensure no liquid enters the device.

7.3 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Cover the lens to protect it from dust.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the projector and the power outlet. Try a different outlet.
  • No Image: Check the input source selection. Ensure the lens cap is removed. Verify the projector is powered on.
  • Blurry Image: The projector has auto-focus. If the image is still blurry, try moving the projector slightly or manually adjusting focus if an option is available in settings. Ensure the projection surface is flat.
  • No Sound: Check the volume settings on the projector and any connected external audio devices. Ensure Bluetooth audio is correctly paired if used.
  • Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is on and you have selected the correct network with the right password. Try restarting the projector and your router.
  • Remote Control Not Working: Check the batteries in the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
