3. Setup Guide
3.1 Physical Installation
- Choose a Location: Select a suitable location for your camera, considering the desired viewing area and proximity to a power source. The camera is IP66 waterproof, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in various weather conditions (operating temperature: -10°C to 60°C).
- Mounting: Use the provided screws and wall plugs to securely mount the camera to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the mounting surface is stable enough to support the camera's weight.
- Power Connection: Connect the DC12V/2A power adapter to the camera's power input and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its startup sequence.

3.2 App Installation and Initial Configuration

- Create an Account: Open the Hopeway app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Camera: In the app, tap the "+" icon or "Add Device" to begin adding your camera. Follow the app's instructions, which typically involve scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) with WEP, WPA, WPA2 security protocols. Follow the app's prompts to connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Initial Setup: Once connected, the app will guide you through initial settings such as naming the camera, setting time zones, and configuring basic motion detection preferences.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Live View and PTZ Control
Open the Hopeway app and select your camera from the device list to access the live video feed. The camera features dual 5MP lenses for sharper and wider views, providing a total 10MP 5K UHD resolution.

Use the on-screen controls to:
- Pan: Rotate the camera horizontally up to 355°.
- Tilt: Adjust the camera vertically up to 90°.

4.2 Two-Way Audio
The camera supports two-way audio, allowing you to communicate with people near the camera through the app. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and the camera's built-in speaker will broadcast your voice. You can also hear audio from the camera's environment.

4.3 Night Vision and Double Light Vigilance
