7. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q1: Why is my internet slow when I use it indoors?
A1: This is an outdoor portable 4G router without an external antenna. For indoor use, it may not receive outdoor signals optimally. We recommend using it outdoors or placing it in a position suitable for receiving signals indoors.
Q2: The device cannot connect to the Internet normally.
A2: You need to disable the SIM card's PIN code and manually configure the APN settings in the WebUI. Contact your SIM card operator to get the correct APN information. Refer to the 'Setup Instructions' section for detailed steps.
Q3: My router's Internet speed is slow, how can I improve it?
A3: Log in to the WebUI page and adjust the network mode to "4G Only". If indoors, try placing the router in a location with better signal reception.
Q4: Can this router work in my country?
A4: The router supports specific frequency bands (EU Version: 4G FDD-LTE: B1, B3, B7, B8, B20; 4G TDD-LTE: B38, B40; WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA: B1). It is designed for RU, Asia, EU, and Middle East regions. Please check your local network provider's frequency bands to ensure compatibility. You can also consult websites like www.frequencycheck.com.
Q5: Wrong or forgotten Wi-Fi password?
A5: With the router powered on, press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds. Wait for the router to reboot; it will restore the initial Wi-Fi password (1234567890).
Q6: Cannot recognize SIM card?
A6: Ensure the SIM card is inserted before powering up the device. Insert the SIM card into the router for one minute first, then turn on the power. Log in to the WebUI to check the SIM card status. If the issue persists, try installing a SIM card from a different operator to rule out SIM card compatibility issues.
