2. Safety Instructions

  • WARNING! Presence of live parts inside the device! Do not open. Risk of electric shock!
  • No parts should be repaired by users.
  • Place the device on a flat, firm, and stable surface. Do not put it on a carpet or rug.
  • Place the device in a well-ventilated location to prevent the accumulation of internal heat.
  • Protect the device from high temperatures, humidity, water, and dust.
  • Do not place any objects near your device that may damage it (e.g., liquid-filled objects or candles).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries, and do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, etc.) batteries in the remote control.

5. Setup Guide

5.1. System Connection

  1. Connect the TV Box to your television using the provided HD (HDMI) cable. Ensure the cable is securely plugged into the HD port on the TV Box and an available HDMI input on your TV.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the DC port on the TV Box, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  3. Once connected, the indicator light on the TV Box will illuminate. Wait for a moment for the device to boot up and display the main screen on your TV.
  4. Select the correct HDMI input on your TV using your TV's remote control.

5.2. Wi-Fi Settings

  1. From the main screen, navigate to Settings.
  2. Find the Network Settings section.
  3. Select Wi-Fi and turn it on.
  4. Choose your desired Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard or voice remote control.
  6. Select Connect to establish the Wi-Fi connection.

5.3. Ethernet Connection

Alternatively, you can connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable:

  1. Plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the ETHERNET port on the TV Box.
  2. Plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into your router or modem.
  3. The TV Box should automatically detect and connect to the wired network.

  1. Go to Settings and find the Display section.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Application Installation

6.1.1. Online Installation

  1. Open an installed app store on the TV Box, such as APKPure or Google Play Store.
  2. Search for the application you wish to install.
  3. Download and install the application.

6.1.2. Local Installation

  1. Download the APK file of the application you want to install onto a USB flash drive. (Note: Ensure the APK is compatible with Android 14 and the device's architecture, typically 64-bit).
  2. Connect the USB flash drive to one of the USB ports on the TV Box.
  3. Open the TV Box's file manager or APK Installer application.
  4. Locate the APK file on your USB flash drive and click to install it.

6.2. Application Uninstallation

  1. Go to Settings and find the App Management section.
  2. Select the application you wish to uninstall.
  3. Click Uninstall and confirm your choice.

Note: Some pre-installed applications are system APKs and cannot be uninstalled.

6.3. Restore Factory Settings

If you encounter persistent software issues, such as app crashes or unstable system operation, you can perform a factory reset. This will erase all user data and settings, restoring the device to its original state.

  1. Go to Settings and find Factory Reset.
  2. Click Factory Reset and confirm the action.
  3. The device will automatically restart and proceed with the reset. Do not power off the device during this process.
  4. After the reset is complete, the device will enter the main screen. You will need to set up your Wi-Fi and reinstall applications.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No display after power on?
    Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly and that you have selected the correct HD Input from your TV's configuration.
  • Unable to boot up?
    If the indicator light does not light up when power is turned on, and there is no output from the TV, check whether the power supply is normal and if the power adapter is damaged.
  • TV has images but no sound?
    Make sure your TV is not muted and that the volume is turned up.
  • Failed to connect to the network?
    If using Ethernet, ensure the cable is properly connected. If using Wi-Fi, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on the TV Box and that it has a strong enough signal from your router.
  • Remote control failure?
    Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, ensuring it is placed with the correct polarity. Make sure the remote control is within range of the TV Box. You may also try to unpair and re-pair the remote control in the device's Settings menu.
