4. Setup Guide
4.1 Unfolding the Stabilizer
- Hold the main body of the stabilizer.
- Gently pull the top section upwards to extend the selfie stick arm.
- To deploy the tripod, locate the 'PUSH' button at the base. Press it to release and spread the four legs outwards until they lock into place.
4.2 Mounting Your Smartphone
- Extend the phone clamp at the top of the stabilizer.
- Carefully place your smartphone into the clamp, ensuring it is securely held and balanced.
4.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the remote control is charged.
- Press and hold the power button on the remote control until the indicator light flashes, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select 'VIP' from the list to pair. The indicator light on the remote will turn solid when successfully paired.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off

5.2 Gimbal Stabilization
Once powered on, the Q31's single-axis gimbal will automatically stabilize your smartphone, correcting for shakes and tilts. The AI automatic correction ensures smooth and steady shots.
5.3 Switching Orientation (Horizontal/Vertical)
To switch between horizontal and vertical shooting modes, simply double-click the power button on the gimbal. The device will automatically rotate your phone to the desired orientation.
5.4 Using the Fill Light
The integrated fill light offers three modes:
- Cold Light: Provides bright, cool illumination.
- Warm Light: Offers a softer, warmer glow.
- Warm and Cold Light: A balanced mix for natural lighting.
Press the dedicated light button on the stabilizer to cycle through these modes.
5.5 Using the Remote Control
