1. Product Overview

The Hutt W8 is an intelligent window cleaning robot designed to automate the cleaning of various glass surfaces. It features a powerful suction system, smart navigation, and a two-way water spraying mechanism for effective and thorough cleaning.

2. Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using this appliance to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.

  • Ensure the safety rope is securely fastened before operating the robot on windows, especially at height. The safety rope has a super strong weight capacity of 148Kg.
  • Use only the provided power adapter and plug.
  • Do not use the robot on broken or cracked glass.
  • Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts.
  • Do not immerse the robot in water or other liquids.
  • The robot features a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) for 20 minutes of power-off protection, preventing falls during power interruptions.
  • Laser edge detection and automatic air pressure compensation enhance safety during operation.

3. Setup Guide

  1. **Charge the Robot**: Before first use, fully charge the robot's internal battery. The external power source battery life is more than 90 minutes, allowing for extended cleaning without constant proximity to a power socket.
  2. **Attach Cleaning Rags**: Securely attach the provided high-density nano fiber cleaning rags to the bottom of the robot.
  3. **Fill Water Tank**: Open the water tank cap and fill the 88ml visual water tank with appropriate window cleaning solution using the sprinkling can. One filling is sufficient for approximately 24m² of glass.
  4. **Connect Power**: Connect the power adapter to the robot and plug it into a suitable power outlet (100-240V).
  5. **Secure Safety Rope**: Fasten the safety rope to a sturdy object indoors, such as a window handle or heavy furniture, to prevent accidental falls.
  6. **Placement**: Place the robot on the window surface. Ensure it adheres firmly before releasing your hand.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. **Power On**: Press the power button on the robot or the remote control to turn it on. The robot will adhere to the glass with its strong suction (1850-3200Pa).
  2. **Start Cleaning**: Press the 'Start' button on the robot or the remote control for one-touch smart cleaning. The robot will automatically begin its cleaning cycle.
  3. **Path Planning**: The Hutt W8 utilizes HUTT SLAM 2.0 path planning, which automatically selects the optimal wiping path based on its initial position for efficient cleaning.
  4. **Wiping Direction**: The robot supports intelligent recognition multi-directional wiping. For long glass frames, it is recommended to use the Z-type wipe vertically. For short glass frames, avoid turning on N-type wiping horizontally to prevent inefficient cleaning. The
