Usage Instructions
- Secure the safety rope to a firm and stable object.
- Connect the device's power cable to the power adapter and plug the adapter into a socket.
- Attach the white side of the cleaning cloth evenly to the device body, ensuring a tight fit. Use original cloths to avoid functional issues.
- Remove the reservoir plug. Fill the reservoir with the required amount of water or glass cleaner using a measuring cup. Close the plug. Only non-corrosive liquids are permitted. The liquid must be electrically conductive for the reservoir fill sensor to function correctly.
- Move the power switch located at the base of the device to position '1' (On). Attach the device to the center of the window, avoiding placement too close to the frame. Release the device once it adheres automatically to the glass surface.
- Press the round button to start dry cleaning. After cleaning is complete, the device will stop. Hold the safety rope with one hand and press the round button with the other to reduce suction, then remove the device. Auto-suction may engage upon re-attachment. After use, move the power switch to position '0' (Off).
Important Operating Precautions
Pay attention to the device and window condition during the first use.
- Always ensure the safety rope is undamaged and secure it only to stable objects. Verify that the rope's attachment does not damage or move the secured object.
- Check the glass for any damage or cracks. Do not use the device in rain or excessively humid weather with condensation on the glass.
- The device should be used at a distance of at least 6 mm from the window frame. The minimum window size for operation is 40x60 cm (Width x Height). Avoid using on narrow frames, sloped frames, sloped glass, frameless windows, uneven surfaces, protrusions, or gaps. If used on such surfaces, supervision is required to prevent falls (a rare occurrence).
- The device is designed for vertical surfaces. Use on inclined surfaces is permitted only under supervision. Remote control operation is available if needed.
- When the device reaches an edge, it detects the obstacle and stops. After a few seconds, it will resume movement, which is normal behavior.
- In case of a power outage, the built-in battery will maintain suction for up to 20 minutes, accompanied by an alert.
Achieving Best Cleaning Results
- Use a dry cleaning cloth.
- For heavily soiled glass, it is recommended to press the round button on the device for dry cleaning, or use the 'Dry Cleaning' button on the remote. This mode aims to remove hard dirt from the glass surface. After cleaning, replace the cloth or clean the existing one for repeat cleaning. Avoid scratching the glass surface with abrasive particles (a rare occurrence).
- For heavily soiled glass, use the caterpillar cleaning function. Hold the device with one hand and press the round button; the caterpillars will start rotating slowly. Clean the caterpillars with a damp paper towel to remove dirt.
- For a second cleaning pass, use a new cloth for wet cleaning. Press the 'Wet Cleaning' button on the remote, or use the 'Spray on/off' button for water spray. Wet cleaning is indicated by an audible signal.
Notes: Avoid over-wetting the cloth. The cloth can be reused after drying. Use original cloths to prevent functional issues.
Using the Cloth After Cleaning
An overly wet cloth can slip; use with caution. Using a completely wet cloth is not recommended as it may cause the device to slip and increase the risk of falling.
- After immersing the cloth in water, clean it of dirt, then wring out excess water. Avoid deforming the cloth during wringing; drying with a hairdryer is permitted.
- Attach the cloth evenly to the device surface, avoiding unevenness or folds.
- Use dry toilet paper to thoroughly wipe the device's rollers dry, ensuring no water or dirt remains on the front and back.
- When using the dry cleaning function, do not activate spraying, and do not use it for cleaning frameless glass.
- At the start of operation, the device may shift slightly downwards or stop near the frame due to excessive moisture. In such cases, ensure the device can resume normal operation. If necessary, wipe the device's rollers with toilet paper to remove excess moisture so the device can continue its work.
Starting, Stopping, and Removing the Device
- Ensure the power cable and adapter are correctly connected.
- Move the power switch to position '1' (On). After the fan starts, secure the device away from the frame.
- Once the device is securely attached to the glass surface, it can be released. Then, press the start button to begin operation.
- To remove, wait for the device to stop moving. Hold the safety rope with one hand and press the round button to reduce suction, then remove the device.
- If the device cannot be reached manually or the remote is lost, slowly pull the safety rope vertically down near the glass to bring the device within reach.
- After removing the device, move the power switch to position '0' (Off).

Indicator Status Interpretation
Indicator Status:
- Blue: Normal Operation
- Red: Constant - Power Off / Air Leak; Flashing - See Below
Solid Red Indicator:
- Cause 1: Battery Discharged. Solution 2: Charge the battery. Check the power supply and socket. Turn on after 20 minutes of charging.
- Cause 2: Low Air Pressure. Solution 2: Ensure the cloth is present and correctly attached. Check for glass protrusions or bends causing pressure loss.
Red Indicator Flashed Once:
- Cause: Automatic problem resolution. Solution: The device automatically corrected the issue during normal operation. If this occurs frequently, reattach or replace the cloth.
Flashing Blue and Red Indicators:
- Cause 1: Stuck or faulty rollers. Solution 1: Inspect and clean the rollers as needed.
- Cause 2: Too little or too much friction. Solution 2: Clean the rollers of water or oil residue. Clean the roller contact area on the glass of water or oil. Ensure there are no stickers or other objects on the glass.
- Cause 3: Component failure (gyroscope, barometer, fan, communication or detection module). Solution 3: Turn off the power and restart the device.
Route Planning
Route for Single Cleaning:
Place the device in the center of the surface and start it. The device will move downwards, then left to define the surface boundaries. It will then move to the upper-right corner and clean in a top-down N-pattern, moving forward and backward at each turn. The device uses principles of sealed wiping and repetition during movement. After cleaning, it will automatically return to its starting point.
Route for Double Cleaning:
The first pass cleans in an N-pattern (top-down). The second pass cleans in a Z-pattern (left-right). After cleaning, it will automatically return to its starting point.
Important Note:
If the device detects an anomalous obstacle, an error may occur in the boundary definition data, causing a slight shift in the starting point's memory location. This does not affect normal operation.
Troubleshooting
- To prevent the device from slipping downwards during operation, do not use an overly wet cloth. Clean the surface of the caterpillars.
- Device stops near frames due to obstacle sensor operation; this is normal, and the device will automatically resume operation.
- If the status indicator flashes red, ensure the power cable is correctly connected (use an intact cable without damage that could cause operation stoppage); the cloth or glass surface is not excessively wet (which can reduce friction); there are no sticky objects or substances on the glass that could cause excessive adhesion to the cloth; the cloth and device are correctly installed with no air leaks; and the suction opening is not blocked.
- If the status indicator flashes blue and a sound alert is present, human intervention is required. Refer to the 'Indicator Status Interpretation' section.
- If the device movement is difficult, install a clean, dry cloth.
