Wiring Connections
Follow the wiring diagram carefully. All wiring must comply with local and national electrical codes.

Figure 5: Parallel operation wiring diagram for up to 6 units (only with battery connected).
- Battery Connection: Connect the 48V battery bank to the Battery Input terminals (14) on the inverter. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
- PV Input Connection: Connect the solar panel array to the PV Input terminals (12). Observe correct polarity and ensure the PV array voltage is within the specified MPPT range (120VDC~430VDC) and does not exceed the maximum open circuit voltage (450VDC).
- AC Input Connection (Optional): If connecting to a utility grid or generator, connect the AC input source to the AC Input terminals (6).
- AC Output Connection: Connect your household loads to the AC Output terminals (17).
- Parallel Connection (if applicable): For parallel operation of up to 6 units, connect the Parallel Communication Ports (15) and Current Sharing Ports (16) between the inverters as shown in Figure 5. This configuration requires a battery connection.
- Communication Ports: Connect WiFi/GPRS (7), USB (8), CAN (9), or RS485 (10) communication cables as needed for monitoring or external control.
- Grounding: Ensure the inverter is properly grounded according to local electrical codes.
4. Operating Instructions
Once all connections are secure, you can power on and operate the inverter.
Powering On/Off
- Power On: First, switch on the battery breaker, then the PV array breaker (if applicable), and finally the AC input breaker (if applicable). Turn on the inverter's Power On/Off switch (13). The LCD display will light up, and the inverter will begin its startup sequence.
- Power Off: Reverse the power-on sequence. First, turn off the inverter's Power On/Off switch (13). Then, turn off the AC input breaker, followed by the PV array breaker, and finally the battery breaker.
LCD Display and Navigation
The LCD display (1) provides real-time system information. Use the function buttons (5) to navigate through the menus and adjust settings:
- ESC: Exit current menu or return to the previous screen.
- UP/DOWN: Scroll through menu options or adjust values.
- ENTER: Confirm selection or enter a submenu.
The display shows various parameters such as AC input/output voltage, battery voltage, charging current, PV input power, and fault codes.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the inverter's exterior with a dry cloth. Ensure ventilation openings are free from dust and debris. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Connection Checks: Annually inspect all electrical connections (PV, battery, AC input/output) for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Environmental Conditions: Ensure the operating environment maintains specified humidity (5% to 95% non-condensing) and temperature (0°C - 55°C) to prevent damage.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to ensure your inverter has the latest features and bug fixes.
6. Troubleshooting
This section provides guidance for common issues. For complex problems, contact technical support.
- No Power Output: Check all circuit breakers (AC output, battery, PV). Verify battery voltage is sufficient. Ensure the inverter is powered on.
- Fault Indicator Lit: Refer to the LCD display for specific fault codes. Common faults include over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, or short circuit. Consult the full user manual for detailed fault code explanations.
- No Charging from PV: Check PV array connections and ensure solar panels are receiving adequate sunlight. Verify PV input voltage is within the MPPT range.
- Inverter Overheating: Ensure adequate ventilation around the inverter. Clear any obstructions from air vents. Reduce load if necessary.
