5.1 Car Compatibility
- The OTTOCAST Mirror Touch supports cars with original factory wired CarPlay (approximately 98% of car models).
- Examples of compatible car brands: Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, Ford, Porsche, Volvo, Volkswagen, Kia, Lexus, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Land Rover, Jeep, Subaru, etc.
- NOT compatible with: BMW, TSL.
5.2 Phone Compatibility
- Supports Display Port (DP) Android phones and iPhone 15 and above.
- NOT compatible with: HUAWEI, Xiaomi Redmi.
- NOT compatible with: Phones below iPhone 15 or Android phones without DP protocol.

- Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Pair your smartphone with the Mirror Touch device via Bluetooth.
- Connect to wireless CarPlay through your car's infotainment system.
6.2 For iOS Mirror
- On your iPhone, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom.
- Then, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch.
- Double-tap with three fingers on your iPhone screen to reset the screen if needed.
6.3 For Android Mirror
- Plug the Mirror Touch device into your car's USB port.
- Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Pair your smartphone with the Mirror Touch device via Bluetooth.

8. User Tips
- The screen can only be turned off in Airplay video streaming mode. It is not recommended to turn off the screen in other modes.
- For horizontal screen adaptation, use the one-click switch to "mirror touch coordinates".
- In Airplay push mode, the mobile phone screen will only display the control panel for playing videos; the video screen is displayed by Mirror Touch. You need to click the third button on the right side of the screen to switch the screen.
- When Android screen casting, the mobile phone screen and Mirror Touch are mirrored.
- If your car does not have a touch screen, control will be limited to rotating buttons, and the experience may not be optimal. The vehicle's touchpad does not support reverse control.
9. Troubleshooting
- No Display/Connection Issues: Ensure your car has original factory wired CarPlay. Verify your phone's compatibility (DP Android, iPhone 15+). Confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled and properly paired.
- Screen Off Issues: The screen-off feature is primarily supported in Airplay video streaming mode. Attempting to turn off the screen in other modes may lead to unexpected behavior.
- Control Issues (Non-touchscreen cars): If your car lacks a touchscreen, direct touch control on the car's display is not possible. Control will be limited to physical buttons or rotary controllers. The vehicle's touchpad is not supported for reverse control.
- App Compatibility: Some streaming applications (e.g., YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, BiliBili, HuLu, Tencent Video) may not support screen-off functionality during Android screen mirroring. iOS screen mirroring generally offers broader compatibility for these apps.
