3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your QCY Crossky R70 headphones:
- Touch Panel: For controlling playback, calls, and voice assistant.
- LED Indicator: Displays status (pairing, charging, etc.).
- Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
- Sound Outlet: Where audio is emitted.
- Bass Port: Enhances bass performance.
- Charging Contactors: Connects earbuds to the charging case.
- Charging Case Button: Used for factory reset.
- Charging Case Indicator LED: Shows charging status of the case.
- Type-C Charging Port: For wired charging of the case.
4. Setup
4.1 Initial Pairing
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case and remove the insulating film from each.
- Return both earbuds to the charging case and close the lid. (This step activates new earbuds.)
- Take the earbuds out again. They will power on automatically.
- Refresh the Bluetooth device list on your phone and select "QCY Crossky R70" to connect.
*If the earbuds do not power on automatically, please charge them and try again.

4.2 Multi-Device Connection
The QCY Crossky R70 supports connecting to two devices simultaneously. This feature is off by default and can be enabled in the QCY app.
- Power on the earbuds to initiate pairing. After connecting to Device A, turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The earbuds will enter pairing mode again.
- Enable Bluetooth on Device B and select "QCY Crossky R70" for pairing.
- On Device A, turn on Bluetooth and click the previously paired earbuds' name to complete the multi-device connection.

4.3 Wearing Instructions
- Hold the earbuds above your ears.
- Rotate the ear hooks downward along the auricle of the ear to achieve proper positioning.
- After wearing, you can slightly adjust the earbuds to find a comfortable and secure fit.
*Incorrect wearing may affect sound quality and hearing.

5. Operation and Controls
The QCY Crossky R70 features intuitive touch controls. The following settings are pre-configured, but you can personalize touch controls through the QCY app.

- Power On: Open the charging case (automatic) / Tap and hold the touch panel for approx. 1.5 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
- Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch panel (R/L).
- Reject Call: Tap and hold the touch panel for approx. 1.5 seconds (R/L).
- Next Track: Tap and hold the Right touch panel for approx. 1.5 seconds.
- Previous Track: Tap and hold the Left touch panel for approx. 1.5 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the Left earbud's touch panel.
- Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch panel.
- Activate Low Latency Mode: Triple-tap the Right earbud's touch panel.

- Focus Mode: Access built-in white noise playlists (Waves, Bonfire, Rainfall, Birdsong).

6. Maintenance and Charging
6.1 Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. The red light on the earbuds will stay on during charging. Once fully charged, a white light will illuminate for 30 seconds before turning off.
6.2 Charging the Charging Case
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The charging case supports wireless charging.
- During Charging: The red light on the charging case stays on.
- Fully Charged: The white light on the charging case stays on.

6.3 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use oil or other volatile liquids, as these may damage the product.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Factory Reset
If you experience connection issues, a factory reset can often resolve them:
- With the earbuds in the charging case and the lid open, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds.
- The earbuds' white LED will flash 5 times, indicating the reset is complete.
*After a factory reset, use the initial pairing method to reconnect the earbuds.
7.2 Common Issues and Solutions
- Only one earbud has sound:
Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then take them out again. Check if both now have sound. If not, perform a factory reset on both earbuds.
- Phone shows "Unable to connect":
Delete the pairing record for "QCY Crossky R70" from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then search and pair again.
- No sound during music playback/calls:
For Android phones, check the Bluetooth settings for "QCY Crossky R70". Click the settings icon next to it and ensure "Phone audio" and "Media audio" are enabled. If still no sound, re-pair the earbuds with your phone.
- Video/Game audio delay:
Audio delay can be influenced by the usage environment, network conditions, and phone codec. Try activating Low Latency Mode (triple-tap the Right earbud's touch panel).
- Audio stuttering/interruption:
Interference from strong Wi-Fi, 5G/4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances in the vicinity can cause stuttering. Try moving to a different environment or re-pairing the earbuds.
