Controls and Ports


- Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press to switch modes.

Setup
1. Charging the Speaker
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC5V port on the speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate (color may vary, typically red) during charging.
- The speaker is fully charged when the indicator light turns off or changes color (e.g., blue). A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
Note: For first-time use, ensure the speaker is fully charged.
2. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator light flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator light turns off.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator light will typically flash blue rapidly). If not, short press the Power button to cycle through modes until Bluetooth mode is active.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "HOCO HC34" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will typically turn solid blue or flash slowly.
- The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
4. TF Card Playback
- With the speaker powered on, gently insert a MicroSD (TF) card into the TF card slot with the contacts facing down.
- The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode and begin playing music from the card.
- If it doesn't switch automatically, short press the Power button to cycle through modes until TF card mode is active.
5. FM Radio Operation
- Power on the speaker. Short press the Power button to switch to FM Radio mode.
- In FM mode, short press the Play/Pause button to automatically scan and save available FM stations. This may take a few minutes.
- Once scanning is complete, use the Volume Up/Next Track and Volume Down/Previous Track buttons (long press) to switch between saved stations.
- For better reception, ensure the speaker is in an open area.
6. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing (for two HC34 speakers)
To enjoy true wireless stereo sound, you can pair two HOCO HC34 speakers together.
- Ensure both HC34 speakers are powered off.
- Power on both speakers. They should both be in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker), double-press the Play/Pause button. You should hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
- The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
- Now, connect your smartphone or Bluetooth device to the primary speaker (the one you double-pressed the Play/Pause button on) as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.
- Audio will now play in stereo through both speakers.
