2. Safety Information

  • Ensure the power supply voltage matches the refrigerator's requirements (DC12/24V or AC110~240V).

4.2 Components

4.3 Dual Zone Functionality

The CF55 features two distinct compartments for simultaneous freezing and cooling.

  • Freezing Area: Capable of fast freezing, reaching temperatures down to -20°C.
  • Cooling Area: Maintains temperatures up to 8-10°C above the set temperature of the freezing zone, ideal for refrigerated items.

5. Setup

5.1 Placement

  • Place the refrigerator on a stable, level surface to ensure proper operation and prevent tipping.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not block the air vents.
  • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or in areas with high ambient temperatures.

5.2 Power Connection

The CF55 can be powered by DC (12V/24V) or AC (110~240V) sources.

  1. DC Power (Car/Truck): Connect the provided 3.5m DC power cable to the refrigerator's DC input port and then to your vehicle's 12V or 24V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
  2. AC Power (Home/Commercial): Connect the AC adapter to the refrigerator's DC input port, then plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet (110~240V).

5.3 Battery Protection Setting

The refrigerator includes a battery protection feature to prevent excessive discharge of your vehicle's battery. Select the appropriate level based on your battery type and usage:

  • HIGH: Provides maximum battery protection, shutting off the refrigerator at a higher voltage. Recommended for starting batteries.
  • MED (Medium): Standard protection, suitable for most applications.
  • LOW: Allows the battery to discharge to a lower voltage before shutdown. Use with caution, especially with auxiliary batteries.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the control panel to turn the refrigerator on or off. The display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

6.2 Temperature Adjustment

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to set the desired temperature for the freezing zone.
  • The display panel allows you to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) as needed.
  • The cooling zone temperature will automatically adjust relative to the freezing zone setting.

6.3 App Control (if applicable)

For models with app control functionality, download the official application from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device with the refrigerator and control settings remotely.

6.4 Initial Use

Before first use, it is recommended to run the refrigerator empty for a few hours to allow it to reach the set temperature and stabilize. Clean the interior with a damp cloth before placing food items.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

  • Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
  • Clean the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and water.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or sharp objects, as these can damage the surfaces.
  • Ensure the unit is completely dry before reconnecting power.

7.2 Defrosting

The CF55 features an auto-defrost function. However, if a thick layer of ice builds up, manually defrost the unit:

  • Turn off the refrigerator and disconnect it from the power source.
  • Remove all contents.
  • Leave the lid open to allow the ice to melt naturally.
  • Wipe away melted water with a clean cloth.
  • Never use sharp objects or heating devices to speed up defrosting.

7.3 Storage

If storing the refrigerator for an extended period:

  • Clean and dry the unit thoroughly.
  • Leave the lid slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.
  • Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
