3. Setup and Connection

The UG-09 headset offers multiple connection options for various devices.

3.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (for PS5, PS4, PC, Laptop, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck)

  1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB dongle from the package.
  2. Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your desired device (e.g., PS5, PC).
  3. Power on the Picun UG-09 headset. The headset should automatically connect to the dongle.
  4. Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output/input device in your device's sound settings.

Note: This headset is not compatible with Xbox Series consoles via 2.4GHz wireless.

3.2. Bluetooth 5.4 Connection (for Mobile Phones, Laptops, etc.)

  1. Power on the Picun UG-09 headset.
