1. Product Overview

3. Compatibility

This stylus is compatible with various iPad models. Please check the model number on the back of your iPad and compare it with the table below to ensure compatibility. The four digits after the 'A' in the circle at the bottom of the back of the tablet are the corresponding model of the tablet.

4. Setup

4.1 Power On, Pick-Up to Use Instantly

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the stylus. It's ready to use.
2. With a built-in intelligent program, the stylus automatically enters sleep mode after 3 minutes of inactivity and can be re-activated by lifting the stylus.
3. To turn off the stylus, press and hold the power button again.

4.2 Bluetooth Connection

1. After power on, the blue light will flash for entering pairing mode.
2. Tablet setting path: Settings > Bluetooth - turn on Bluetooth - tap "Baseus-PS052" to connect.
3. Once Bluetooth displays "Connected", the stylus' blue light will stay on for 10 seconds before turning off, indicating successful pairing.

Note: After the blue light flashes for 2 minutes, the green light will stay on for 10 seconds then turn off if no Bluetooth connection is made.

4.3 App Connection

1. Go to the App Store and download the "Baseus App".
2. After entering the App, power on the stylus, tap "Add Device", and select "Baseus-PS052".
3. Once the device is successfully added, go to the stylus home page to customize button gestures, adjust signal settings, and more.

Note: During the App pairing process, ensure the stylus is not connected to other devices and has sufficient power. If pairing fails, power off the stylus and turn it back on, then try re-connecting.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Writing and Drawing

The stylus glides smoothly and delivers precise strokes for writing and drawing, offering enhanced touch accuracy.

5.2 Tilt Sensitivity

The stylus features excellent tilt and pressure sensitivity, allowing you to adjust the thickness of your strokes effortlessly. You can write small letters with precision at 90°, take notes at 60°, and draw anything at any angle, such as 45°.

5.3 Palm Rejection

With full/split screen palm rejection, you can rest your hands naturally on the screen to write or draw without creating unwanted marks.

5.4 Customizable Functions

The stylus offers 32 customizable functions accessible with just one tap. Press the button on the stylus to switch between default functions or use the Baseus App to activate other functions and choose your desired settings. Functions include HOME, Power Button, Brightness +/-, Recently Used Apps, Volume +/-, Previous/Next Page, Mute, Search, Photograph, Quick Screenshot, Editable Screenshot, and Blank (Palm Rejection).

6.1 Extended Battery Life

6.2 Battery Level Display

Monitor the battery status by checking the three LED indicators on the stylus or through the Bluetooth connection on your tablet. The LED indicators signify:

• Flashing blue: Battery level < 5%
• 1 blue light: Battery level 5%-30%
• 2 blue lights: Battery level 30%-70%
• 3 blue lights: Battery level 70%-100%

7. Maintenance

7.1 Replacing the Pen Tip

The stylus uses an original POM pen tip, optimized for writing resistance and ultra-smooth writing/drawing. The tip is designed to be rotated for replacement when needed. It has undergone a 30 km durability test.

7.2 Integrated Anti-Dust Plug
