- A: The deviation is due to different measurement sites. The watch measures at the arteriole, while a sphygmomanometer measures at the radial artery. These differences, along with temporary blood flow restrictions from a cuff, can cause variations. The watch's measurements are for general health reference, not medical diagnosis.
- Q: Why can't the watch receive message pushes?
- A: For Android phones, ensure the message push switch is enabled in the GloryFit app and that messages are displayed in your phone's notification bar. Also, check auxiliary function settings for the wristband client. For Apple phones, confirm the message push switch is enabled in the app and that messages appear in your phone's notification settings (e.g., for WeChat, QQ, SMS).
- Q: Why does the pedometer not count steps when I have already started walking?
- A: To reduce errors, the smart watch typically sets an initial value of 10 steps. It will start counting and display steps once you have walked more than 10 steps. The app will then show the real walking steps from the beginning.
- Q: What application is used when connecting to a smart phone?
- A: The application is called GloryFit. You can scan the QR code on the package or in the manual to download it.
- Q: Why the device cannot boot or start up properly?
- A: Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before the first usage. This ensures normal device boot and optimal operation.
- Q: Can not find device when pairing?
