Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the HOCO EW61 earbuds and their charging case.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 1-2 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
Follow these steps to pair your HOCO EW61 earbuds with your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device:
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash (e.g., blue and red) to indicate they are ready to pair.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
- Search for available devices. You should see "HOCO EW61" in the list.
- Select "HOCO EW61" to connect. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing and you will hear a confirmation tone.
- If pairing fails, turn off Bluetooth on your device, place the earbuds back in the case, close it, and then repeat the steps.
The earbuds support master-slave switching, meaning either earbud can be used independently after initial pairing.
Operating Instructions
The HOCO EW61 earbuds feature touch controls for easy management of music and calls.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
- Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Siri (or other voice assistant): Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds.
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds if they are out of the case and off.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or disconnect them from Bluetooth and they will power off automatically after a few minutes.

Maintenance

- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are waterproof, but the charging case is not. Avoid exposing the charging case to water or excessive moisture. Do not submerge the earbuds in water for extended periods.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HOCO EW61 earbuds, try the following solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget "HOCO EW61" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- No sound from one earbud:
