  • Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner, to gently wipe the display. Avoid abrasive materials.
  • Device Body: Wipe the device body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
  • Ports: Keep USB and card slots free of dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air if necessary.

6.2. Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the 6000mAh Li-polymer battery frequently.
  • Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Use only the provided charger and cable.

6.3. Environmental Considerations

  • Operating Temperature: -20°C to +60°C
  • Storage Temperature: -30°C to +70°C
  • Humidity: 5%RH - 95%RH (non-condensing)
  • Protection Grade: IP64 (dust tight and protected against water splashes from any direction).
  • Drop Resistance: Designed to withstand drops from 1.2 meters (6.56ft).

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and fully charged. Try connecting the charger and attempting to power on.
  • RFID reader not detecting tags: Verify that the RFID application is open and configured correctly for your region's frequency. Ensure tags are within the read range and not obstructed. Check output power settings.
  • Touchscreen unresponsive: Restart the device. If the issue persists, ensure the screen is clean and free of moisture.
  • Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/4G): Check network settings in Android. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to a valid network. For Bluetooth, ensure the device is discoverable and within range. For 4G, verify SIM card installation and cellular plan.
  • Device running slow: Close unnecessary applications. Clear cache or perform a factory reset if performance issues persist (backup data first).

8. User Tips

  • For optimal RFID reading performance, ensure the antenna is pointed directly at the tags.
  • Utilize the lanyard to prevent accidental drops, especially in active work environments.
  • Regularly back up important data to prevent loss.
