Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, place both earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a power source using the provided USB Type-C cable. Ensure the earbuds and case are fully charged for optimal performance. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.
2. Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case with the earbuds inside.
- The indicator light on the case will flash white, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "Oneplus Buds Ace 2" from the list to connect.
- Once connected, the indicator light will turn solid white or green.
3. Fitting the Earbuds
Choose the silicon eartips (S, M, L) that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. A good fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and Active Noise Cancellation performance.
Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The Oneplus Buds Ace 2 feature touch-sensitive areas on each earbud for control. Specific gestures can be customized via the companion app (if available).
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
- Switch Noise Cancellation Mode: Long press on either earbud (cycle through ANC On, ANC Off, Transparency Mode).
Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode
The earbuds offer Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 32dB to reduce ambient noise, and a Transparency Mode to allow you to hear your surroundings without removing the earbuds.
