2. Getting Started
2.1 Package Contents
Ensure all items are present in your product package:
- Blackview OSCAL PILOT 1 Rugged Phone
- USB Type-C Cable
- Power Adapter (33W)
- SIM Ejector Tool

2.2 SIM Card and TF Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
- Carefully place your Nano SIM cards and/or TF card into the designated slots. The phone supports Dual Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF card.
- Ensure the tray is properly aligned and push it back into the phone until it clicks into place.

2.3 Initial Charging and Power On
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The phone supports 33W fast charging.
- Allow the phone to charge for at least 30 minutes before first use, or until the battery indicator shows sufficient charge.
- To power on, press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the Blackview logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, network connection, and account setup.

2.4 Data Migration Assistant
The OSCAL Transferring Helper allows you to quickly migrate data from an old Android device to your new PILOT 1. Simply scan a QR code to transfer your files, contacts, and other data.

- Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button. Select 'Power off' or 'Restart' from the menu.
- Volume Control: Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the side of the phone.
