4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the Y6X device. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a DC 5V-1A power charger. The maximum output power of the charger should not exceed 5W. Do not use fast chargers as this may damage the device. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

4.2 Mounting to Helmet

- Choose the appropriate mounting base (clip-on or adhesive) for your helmet type.
- Attach the base securely to the side of your helmet.

The Y6X supports both two-person (500m) and four-person (1000m) network intercom. Intercom calls can be answered first, and the device can connect to a third-party wireless headset for pairing intercom.

5.4 Music Sharing

- To initiate music sharing, short press the Voice Assistant/Music Sharing button.
