Maintenance
Lens Care
To maintain optimal image quality, keep the projector lens clean. Do not use your finger or a general cloth to clean the lens. Use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution designed for optical surfaces. Artificial damage to the lens is not covered by warranty.
General Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the projector with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
Image Clarity and Uniformity
It is normal for all projectors to have slight differences in brightness and clarity between the central area and the four corners. The clarity in the middle will typically be higher than at the edges. This difference may be more noticeable when displaying text but is generally negligible when watching movies. If 100% uniform clarity across the entire screen is required, a television or computer monitor may be more suitable than a projector.
Lens Fogging or Lines
If you observe fog on the lens when you first receive the projector, this is normal and is due to the material of the lens and temperature differences. It will typically disappear after a few days of use. Similarly, due to the concentration and reflection of light, you might see faint lines on the lens; these are not scratches and will disappear when the projector is turned off.

User Tips
- Language Solution: If you need to use the projector in a language other than Chinese, consider connecting an external Android TV box or streaming stick to one of the HDMI inputs. This will allow you to navigate and use apps in your preferred language.
- Optimal Viewing: For the best experience, ensure your projection surface is as flat and light-colored as possible. While the projector has wall color adaptation, a neutral surface will yield the most accurate colors.
- Sound Enhancement: Although the built-in Harman/Kardon speakers are powerful, for a truly cinematic audio experience, consider connecting external speakers or a soundbar via the 3.5mm earphone out or Bluetooth.
- Flexible Setup: Utilize the PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) feature to project from various angles and positions in your room without needing to physically move the projector.
