Using Type-C Connection (Full Feature)

For devices with a full-featured USB-C port (supporting video output and power delivery), use the provided Type-C to Type-C cable. This single cable can transmit video, audio, and power, and enable touch functionality.

Using HDMI Connection

For devices with an HDMI output, use the provided HDMI to Mini HDMI cable for video and audio transmission. For touch functionality, you will also need to connect the USB A to Type C cable from your device to the monitor's Type-C data interface.

Powering the Monitor

If your device's Type-C port does not provide sufficient power, or if you are using HDMI, connect the provided power cable to the monitor's Type-C power port and a suitable power adapter (not included).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls

The monitor includes a power switch and function menu keys, typically located on the side or back, allowing you to navigate the on-screen display (OSD) menu to adjust settings like brightness, contrast, color modes, and input sources. Refer to the specific button layout on your monitor for exact controls.

5.2 Display Modes

The monitor supports three primary display modes when connected to a compatible device:

  • Duplicate Mode: Mirrors your primary screen's content.
  • Extend Mode: Extends your desktop, providing more screen real estate for multitasking.
  • Second Screen Mode: Uses only the portable monitor as the display.

These modes can usually be configured through your connected device's display settings.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Monitor

To clean the screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or spraying liquid directly onto the screen.

6.2 General Care

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the monitor.
  • Keep the monitor away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the monitor yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel.
  • When transporting, use appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Signal Displayed

  • Ensure all cables (Type-C or HDMI) are securely connected to both the monitor and your device.
  • Verify that the monitor is receiving power. Check the power cable connection and power source.
  • Confirm the correct input source is selected on the monitor via the OSD menu.
  • Test with a different cable or device to rule out cable or device issues.

7.2 Touch Screen Not Responding

  • Ensure the USB A to Type C cable (or a full-featured Type-C cable) is properly connected from your device to the monitor to enable touch input.
  • Restart both the monitor and the connected device.
  • Check your device's operating system settings for touch screen drivers or calibration.

7.3 Power Issues

  • If the monitor does not turn on, ensure the power cable is connected and the power source is active.
  • If using a single Type-C cable for power, ensure your device's Type-C port can supply enough power. If not, use the dedicated power cable.

8. User Tips

  • macOS Multi-Touch Limitation: Please note that macOS unfortunately does not support multi-touch gestures with external monitors. While the touchscreen functionality works for single-finger input, multi-finger gestures are not supported.
  • For optimal performance, ensure your device's graphics drivers are up to date.
  • When connecting to a smartphone, check if your phone supports desktop mode (e.g., Samsung DeX, Huawei EMUI Desktop) for a more PC-like experience.
