Setup Instructions
- Initial Power On & Pairing:
Open the charging case cover. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. A blue indicator light on the earbud will confirm it's ready for pairing.

- Connect to Device:
On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "HOCO EQ18 ANC". Select it to connect. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with this device in the future when the case is opened.

- Wearing the Earbuds:
Insert the earbuds into your ears. They are designed for a comfortable and stable fit. Adjust them gently until they feel secure and the sound quality is optimal.

Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The HOCO EQ18 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for easy management of audio playback and calls.
- Play/Pause: Single-click the touch area on either earbud.
- Next Song: Double-click the touch area on the right earbud.
- Previous Song: Triple-click the touch area on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single-click the touch area on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).
- Volume Control: Specific gestures for volume control are not detailed, but the product supports it. Typically, this might be a long press on one earbud for volume up and the other for volume down, or controlled via the connected device.
Noise Cancellation Modes

Charging and Battery

Troubleshooting

- Only one earbud working:

- Poor sound quality or disconnections:
Ensure the earbuds are within the 10m wireless range of your device. Check for any obstructions between the earbuds and your device. Try disconnecting and re-pairing the earbuds. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Charging case not charging:
Verify that the Type-C charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power adapter. Try using a different charging cable or power adapter.
