Operating Instructions
The user interface board features several buttons and two 7-segment LED displays for controlling and monitoring the ice cream machine. Specific button functions may vary slightly depending on the ice cream machine model (BH7246, BH7236, BH7232).
General Operation:
- **Power On/Off**: Typically, one button controls the main power or start/stop function.
- **Mode Selection**: Buttons may allow selection between different operating modes (e.g., freezing, cleaning, standby).
- **Parameter Adjustment**: Other buttons are likely used to adjust settings such as temperature, hardness, or timer. The LED displays will show the current settings or operational status.
- **Status Indicators**: The LED displays provide real-time feedback on the machine's status, such as temperature, time remaining, or error codes.
Refer to your specific ice cream machine's user manual for detailed instructions on button functions and display interpretations.
Maintenance
- **Regular Inspection**: Periodically inspect the circuit board for any signs of damage, loose connections, or dust accumulation.
- **Cleaning**: If necessary, gently clean the board with a soft, dry brush or compressed air to remove dust. Do NOT use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- **Environmental Conditions**: Ensure the ice cream machine operates in a clean, dry environment within its specified temperature range to prevent damage to electronic components.
- **Professional Service**: For any complex issues or repairs, consult a qualified technician.
