Access/Replacement: Power Circuit Board (PCB)
Models: MB20070924, MB20072024, MB20072124, MB20072224

- Always remove plug from outlet before servicing your smoker.
- Make sure your smoker has fully cooled to avoid burns.
- Some components may have sharp edges. Use caution to avoid injury.
Tool Needed for Access and Replacement
Phillips head screwdriver.
Replacement Steps
Step 1: Prepare for Access
Remove the 6 screws securing the PCB shield. The shield is located on the bottom of the smoker.
Step 2: Remove Zip Tie
Remove the zip tie that secures the wiring harness.
Step 3: Disconnect Wires and Remove Screws
Unplug all 6 wires from their respective connection terminals. Then, remove the 4 screws holding the PCB in place.
Step 4: Remove Old PCB
Carefully remove the Power Circuit Board (PCB) along with its plastic housing.
Step 5: Install New PCB and Route Wires
Place the new PCB into position. Route the wires through the correct openings:
- The White Sleeve and Yellow wire should go through the right hole.
- For model MB20070924: The Blue, Red, Black, and White wires go through the left hole.
- For models MB20072024, MB20072124, MB20072224: The Blue (Rough), Red, Brown, and Blue (Smooth) wires go through the left hole.
Step 6: Connect Main Harness and Secure PCB
Plug in the large white sleeved terminal connection. Secure the new PCB board using the 4 screws removed earlier.
Step 7: Connect Yellow Ground Wire
Plug in the Yellow ground wire to its designated terminal.
Step 8: Connect Blue and White/Smooth Wires
For model MB20070924: Plug in the Blue and White terminal connections.
For models MB20072024, MB20072124, MB20072224: Plug in the Blue (Rough) and Blue (Smooth) terminal connections.
Step 9: Connect Black/Brown Wire
For model MB20070924: Plug in the Black terminal connection.
For models MB20072024, MB20072124, MB20072224: Plug in the Brown terminal connection.
Step 10: Connect Red Wire
Plug in the Red terminal connection.
Step 11: Secure Wiring
Zip tie the wires neatly to keep them organized and prevent damage.
Step 12: Replace Shield
Replace the plastic shield and secure it with the 6 screws.
