4.1. Front Panel Controls

  • MIC: Microphone for hands-free calls.

5. Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your car stereo. If you are unsure about any steps, consult a professional installer.

5.1. Pre-installation Checks

  • Verify that the car stereo's dimensions (178x55x100mm) are suitable for your car's dashboard opening.
  • Measure your car's center console to confirm fit. If uncertain, provide a picture of your car's center console size to a specialist for confirmation.
  • Ensure the car's power is disconnected before starting installation.

5.2. Wiring Diagram

Follow the wiring diagrams carefully to connect the power, speakers, and other accessories.

5.2.1. Power Harness (Connector B)
  • Red Wire (ACC): Connect to the car's ignition switch (+12V).
  • Black Wire (GND): Connect to the car's ground wire (B-).
  • Blue Wire (ANT): Connect to the auto antenna power.
  • Green Wire (ILL): Connect to the small light control.
  • Brown Wire (KEY): Connect to the steering wheel controls.
  • Yellow Wire (B+): Connect to the car's power supply (+12V).
  • Orange Wire (Brake): Connect to the brake signal.
  • Pink Wire (REVERSE): Connect to the reverse light signal for backup camera activation.

5.3. Important Installation Notes

  • The car stereo has a memory function. If the ACC line (Red wire) and the B+ line (Yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will not retain settings after the power is off. Ensure these are connected correctly.
  • Incorrect wiring can cause a short circuit. Always double-check connections before restoring power.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the power button on the front panel.
  • Volume Control: Rotate the volume knob to adjust the sound level. Press the knob to mute/unmute.
  • Function Switching: Use the function switching button to cycle through modes (Radio, USB, TF, AUX, Bluetooth).
  • Track/Station Selection: Use the previous/next track buttons.

6.2. Bluetooth 5.0

Connect your mobile device via Bluetooth for hands-free communication and audio streaming.

  • Pairing: Enable Bluetooth on your phone and search for the car stereo. Select the device and confirm pairing.
  • Hands-free Calls: Once paired, calls can be answered/made through the stereo using the built-in microphone.
  • Music Streaming: Play audio from your phone directly through the car's speakers.
  • Phonebook: Download your phone's contacts to the stereo for easy access.

6.3. Phone Mirror Link

Project your smartphone screen onto the car stereo display for navigation and other applications.

  • Compatibility: Supports Android phones up to version 12.0 and iPhones up to the 13 series.
  • Activation: Connect your phone via USB and activate the Mirror Link function on both your phone and the car stereo.
  • Navigation: Use your phone's navigation app, and its display will be mirrored on the stereo screen.

6.4. FM Radio

  • Access the FM radio mode from the main menu.
  • Use the touch screen or physical buttons to scan for stations, save presets, and adjust frequency.

6.5. Media Playback (USB/TF/AUX)

  • USB/TF Card: Insert a USB flash drive or TF/MicroSD card into the respective port. The unit will automatically detect and play compatible media files.
  • AUX Input: Connect external audio devices (e.g., MP3 players) via the 3.5mm AUX jack.
  • Playback Features: Supports folder playback, classified storage, shuffle, repeat all, repeat single, and repeat directory.

6.6. Backup Camera

Enhance safety with the included backup camera.

  • When the car is shifted into reverse gear, the stereo will automatically display the rearview image from the connected camera.
  • The included camera provides HD image quality, night vision, and is waterproof.

6.7. Steering Wheel Control

Control the stereo conveniently using your car's existing steering wheel buttons.

  • Ensure the 'KEY' wire (Brown) is correctly connected to your car's steering wheel control input.
  • Configure the steering wheel controls through the stereo's settings menu if necessary.
  • Note: This function utilizes your car's original steering wheel controls; a separate steering wheel remote control is not included.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the touchscreen. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • General Cleaning: Keep the unit free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean vents and ports.
  • Avoid Liquids: Do not expose the unit to excessive moisture or liquids.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your car stereo, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
