3. Product Overview

4. Setup and Wearing Instructions
4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the ER1-LW device. Connect the USB charging cable to the device and a power source. The OLED display will indicate charging status. A full charge provides up to 7 days of battery life for monitoring.

4.2 Wearing the Device
The ER1-LW can be worn in two primary ways: using disposable ECG electrodes or with a chest strap.
Using Disposable ECG Electrodes:
- Ensure your skin is clean and dry where the electrodes will be placed.
- Attach two disposable ECG electrodes to the back of the ER1-LW device.
- Place the device on your chest, ensuring good contact between the electrodes and your skin. The 'R' symbol on the device should point towards your right side.
Using the Chest Strap:
- Insert the ER1-LW device into the designated slot on the chest strap.
- Secure the chest strap around your chest, ensuring it is snug but comfortable. The device should be positioned centrally on your chest.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Starting a Recording
Once the device is properly worn, press and hold the touch key (patient event button) for a few seconds until the OLED display shows a recording indicator. The device will begin continuous ECG recording.
5.2 Marking Events
If you experience any symptoms or feel uncomfortable during monitoring, briefly press the touch key. This will mark an event in the recording, which can be helpful for later analysis.
5.3 Stopping a Recording
To stop the recording, press and hold the touch key again until the recording indicator disappears from the OLED display.
5.4 Recording Duration
The ER1-LW supports continuous recording for either 24 hours or 72 hours, depending on the specific version of your device.

6. Data Transfer and AI Analysis
After recording, you can transfer the data to a PC or compatible mobile device for detailed analysis using the dedicated AI-ECG analysis system software.
6.1 Connecting to PC/App
Connect the ER1-LW device to your computer using the provided USB cable or a multi-port adapter. Follow the instructions in the software to download your ECG data.
6.2 AI-ECG Analysis
The AI-ECG analysis system software can interpret your ECG data, identifying up to 17 types of abnormal ECG patterns. This includes conditions like Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter. The software also supports automatic event marking for comprehensive review.
