3. Safety Information
- Ensure the power adapter is compatible with your local power supply.
- Do not expose the camera to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct water.
- Avoid placing the camera near strong magnetic fields or sources of interference.
- Use only the provided power adapter to prevent damage.
- Keep out of reach of children.
4. Setup Guide
4.1 Physical Installation
The camera supports both wall-mounted and pendant mount installations. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your Wi-Fi network or Ethernet connection.
4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided 12V1A power adapter to the camera's DC Power 12V port and plug it into a power outlet.

4.3 Network Connection
The camera supports both 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable connections.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal.
- Ethernet Connection: Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable from your router to the camera's RJ45 Ethernet Port.

4.4 App Setup (ICSee / XMeye)
- Download the 'ICSee' or 'XMeye' app from your smartphone's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Register an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or using AP Hotspot Addition.
- For PC/MAC viewing, download 'VMS Surveillance Pro' client software.
4.5 MicroSD Card Installation
The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 256GB (FAT32 format, Class-10, UHS-1 or higher recommended). The MicroSD card slot is located under the dome. Carefully insert the card as shown in the diagram.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Video Resolution
The camera is available in multiple resolutions:
- 8MP: 3840x2160 (4K UltraHD)
- 5MP: 2880x1616
- 4MP: 2560x1440

5.2 Viewing Angle
The camera features a super-wide 120° viewing angle with a 2.8mm lens, allowing for extensive coverage of your indoor space.
5.3 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers advanced night vision capabilities:
- Full Color Night Vision: Utilizes a low-light image sensor and built-in IR LEDs to provide full-color video in low-light conditions up to 65 feet.
- Infrared Night Vision: Standard black and white night vision using infrared illumination.
- Smart Dual Light Mode: Automatically switches between infrared and full-color vision. The IR illuminator is on by default. When a target is detected, the spotlight turns on to record in full-color and warn the target. Once the target disappears, the spotlight turns off, and the IR illuminator turns back on.

5.4 Human Detection (AI Functions)
The camera features AI intelligent humanoid detection to minimize false motion alerts. It detects and analyzes humanoid objects, filtering out other moving objects like shaking branches or light changes, to provide more accurate alarms. It also supports perimeter protection and tripwire intrusion detection.

5.5 Two-Way Audio
With a built-in microphone and speaker, the camera enables clear two-way communication. You can listen to the environment and speak through the camera using the ICSee app on your smartphone.

5.6 Video Compression (H.265)
The camera uses H.265+ video compression technology, which doubles coding efficiency compared to H.264. This results in smaller file sizes, reduced bandwidth consumption, and smoother video playback.

- MicroSD Card: Supports up to 256GB (FAT32). Records historical monitoring screens locally.
- ICSee Cloud: Optional subscription service for off-site video storage, hosted and secured by AWS. Accessible via web interface and ICSee app.
- PC VMS / FTP: Record and playback professionally on a PC using VMS Surveillance Pro.
- XMeye NVRs: Compatible with XMeye Network Video Recorders for integrated surveillance systems.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Power Supply: Regularly check the power adapter and cable for any signs of damage.
- SD Card Management: If using a MicroSD card, periodically check its storage capacity via the app. Format the card as needed to maintain optimal recording performance.
- Firmware Updates: Check the ICSee/XMeye app for available firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and security enhancements.
7. Troubleshooting
- Camera Offline: Check power connection, Wi-Fi signal strength, and router status. Try restarting the camera and router.
- Cannot Connect to App: Ensure the camera is powered on and within Wi-Fi range. Verify correct Wi-Fi password. Try resetting the camera (using the reset key) and re-adding it to the app.
- No Recording to SD Card: Ensure the MicroSD card is correctly inserted, formatted to FAT32, and is a Class-10, UHS-1 or higher speed card. Check if the card is full.
- Poor Image Quality: Ensure the lens is clean. Check network bandwidth for streaming issues. Adjust camera placement for optimal lighting.
- False Motion Alerts: Adjust the sensitivity settings for human detection in the app. Define specific monitoring areas to reduce unwanted alerts.
