3. Setup Guide

3.1. APP Download

The device requires the 'FitnessMax' app for full functionality. Scan the QR code provided in the packaging or search for 'FitnessMax' in your device's APP Store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS) to download and install the application. Please accept all related permission requests during installation. After installation, open the APP without logging in, and proceed to bind the device.

3.2. Charging the Ring

Before first use, ensure the ring is fully charged. The ring supports magnetic charging.

  1. Magnetic Linear Charging: Attach the provided magnetic charging cable to the metal point on the inner ring. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB charging head (5V output) or a computer's USB interface. The ring will automatically turn on during charging.
  2. Charging with Storage Compartment (if applicable): If your package includes a charging compartment, remove it and insert the provided USB charging cable into its charging port to fully charge the compartment first. Once charged, attach the ring's charging contact to the charging port of the compartment for convenient recharging on the go.

Important Charging Notes:

  • Use only the original charging accessories provided by the manufacturer. Non-original cables may cause damage or accidents.
  • The original charging cable has an automatic stop charging function once fully charged.
  • Charging from low to full battery takes approximately 1 hour.
  • During charging, a red indicator light will flash. When fully charged, a green indicator light will flash slower. If no light flashes, re-connect the cable to ensure proper contact.
  • Do not leave the ring without power for extended periods, as this may prevent it from charging or powering on.

For Android phones, all notification permissions (e.g., reading contact information) must be granted. The app should also be allowed to run in the background according to your phone's settings to ensure continuous monitoring and synchronization.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Healthy Three Rings Overview

The app's main interface features a 'Healthy Three Rings' display, visualizing your daily activity goals:

  • Exercise (upper half of the outer ring): Tracks your physical activity. Continuous walking, running, or exercising for more than 10 minutes is considered one exercise session. You can set various exercise goals in your personal information within the app.
  • Calories (inner loop): Displays calories burned, derived from exercise and step count. Calorie goals can be set in your personal information.
  • Standing (lower half of the outer ring): Indicates standing hours. If the number of steps continuously exceeds 20 within an hour, it counts as one standing hour. Standing goals can be set in your personal information.

All daily data for these metrics are reset in the early morning.

4.2. Step Counting

The ring records your daily steps in real-time. Data resets to zero in the early morning. You can set target steps and monitor your completion rate through the app.

  • Bar Chart: Shows the distribution of steps per hour from 0:00 to 23:00 within a day.
  • History: Displays the number of steps, goal completion, and distance at each time point.

4.3. Exercise Tracking

Monitor your daily exercise duration, frequency, and calories burned. The app provides detailed insights into your workouts.

  • Bar Chart: Shows the distribution of steps per hour during exercise sessions.
  • Exercise Records: Provides total calories burned, total duration, and total number of workouts.

4.4. Sleep Monitoring

Wear the ring while sleeping to monitor your sleep patterns. When connected to the app, you can review sleep quality, sleep depth, and wakefulness time. Historical sleep data is also available.

Note:

Sleep data requires the ring to be worn at night and connected to the app for synchronization.

4.5. Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, and Blood Oxygen Monitoring

When the ring is connected to the app, you can initiate measurements for heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen. Historical data and curve graphs are available for review. By default, the ring automatically measures these metrics every 2 hours (monitoring pauses during charging and sleep status).
