Charging the Ring
1. Magnetic Linear Charging:
Use the equipped magnetic charging cable to attach to the metal point on the inner ring. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB charging head or computer USB interface. Please charge the device for the first time when using this product; it will automatically turn on during charging.
Important: Use only charging accessories provided by the original factory. Non-original cables may cause reverse charging, leading to ring damage or accidents. Use a charging head that meets safety requirements (5V output voltage) or a computer USB port.
Charging time is approximately 1 hour from low to full. A red indicator light flashes during charging, and a green light flashes slower when fully charged. If no light flashes, reconnect the cable.
2. Storage Type Charging Compartment:
Remove the charging compartment and insert the provided USB charging cable into the charging port to charge it fully. The red light indicates charging, and the green light indicates a full charge.
When fully charged, attach the ring's charging contact to the compartment's charging port for convenient transport and recharging.
Tips:
- It is recommended to use magnetic linear charging for the first charge. Remove the ring from its charging case if charging with one.
- Do not leave the ring without power for extended periods, as it may become unchargeable or unable to power on.
Power On/Power Off
- Power On: Automatically turns on when charging.
- Power Off: Click the "Shutdown" option on the APP device page (this shuts down and saves the device after a full charge when not in use).
Device Connection APP
Navigate to the app, click the device module, then click the "Settings → +" icon to enter the automatic search list to find and connect the device.
The app automatically saves the ring's wireless address and will search for and connect to the ring when the app is opened or running in the background.
Note for Android users: Grant all notification permissions, such as reading contact information, and allow the app to run in the background according to your phone's settings.
APP Function Introduction
Healthy Three Rings
- Exercise (upper half of the outer ring): Data is collected from exercise sessions. Daily data is cleared early in the morning. Continuous activity for over 10 minutes (walking, running, etc.) counts as one exercise session. Set exercise goals in personal information.
- Calories (inner loop): Data is derived from exercise and step count. Daily data is cleared early in the morning. Set calorie goals in personal information.
- Standing (lower half of the outer ring): Data source is based on step count. If steps exceed 20 continuously within an hour, a "standing" hour is recorded. Daily data is cleared early in the morning. Set standing goals in personal information.
Activity Tracking
Step Counting: Records daily steps in real-time, resets to zero early in the morning. Set target steps and check completion rate.
Bar Chart: Displays the distribution of steps per hour from 0:00 to 23:00. A bar chart appears at corresponding times when steps are generated.
[Diagram Description: A bar chart illustrating the distribution of steps per hour throughout a day.]
History: Shows the number of steps, goal completion, and distance at various points in time.
Exercise
Details daily exercise duration, frequency, and calories burned.
Bar Chart: Displays the distribution of steps per hour from 0:00 to 23:00. During exercise, a bar chart appears at the corresponding time.
[Diagram Description: A bar chart showing step distribution during exercise periods.]
Exercise Records: Summarizes total calories burned, total exercise duration, and total number of workouts.
Sleep
Wear the ring to sleep. Connecting to the app allows you to check sleep quality, sleep depth, and wakefulness time, as well as view historical sleep data.
[Diagram Description: A representation of sleep data, showing total sleep time (e.g., 5 hours and 31 minutes) and sleep stages like Light Sleep.]
Explanation: Sleep data is recorded and available only when the ring is worn overnight and connected to the app.
Heart Rate/Blood Pressure/Blood Oxygen
When the ring is connected, measurements can be initiated via the APP. Historical data and curve graphs can be viewed. The ring automatically measures these metrics every 2 hours by default (monitoring stops during charging and sleep).
Searching for Devices
Connect to the app. Once connected, your phone can search for the ring, and the ring's LED light will flash to indicate it.
Remote Photography
When connected to the app, the app enters the remote control camera interface. Shake the ring, and it will automatically take a photo after a 3-second countdown, allowing the app to access saved selfies in the album.
Other Settings
Restore Factory Settings: Clears current steps, calories, and other associated app settings for the ring, restoring it to default configurations.
