4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, wrench) which may or may not be included in the mounting material. Follow these general steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the package contents list.
- Attach Caster Wheels: Turn the main frame of the chest of drawers upside down. Attach the four caster wheels to the designated holes on the bottom of the frame using the provided screws or bolts. Ensure they are tightened securely.
- Assemble Drawers (if necessary): If the drawers are not pre-assembled, follow the specific instructions for assembling each drawer. This usually involves attaching the front, back, and side panels, and then securing the bottom panel.
- Install Drawer Handles and Label Slots: Attach the handles to the front of each drawer. The chest of drawers features integrated label slots on the handles. Insert your custom labels into these slots.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully slide each assembled drawer into its respective slot on the main frame. Ensure the drawer slides align correctly for smooth operation.
- Final Check: Once all drawers are in place, gently push and pull each drawer to ensure smooth movement. Check that the unit is stable and all wheels are functioning correctly.
