2. Setup and Connection

How to Wear

The QCY Crossky C30 features a C-shaped open-ear design for comfortable and stable wear.

1. Place the earbud onto your auricle, then push it down to a comfortable position, adjusting to fit your ear.
2. Adjust the earbud's angle so the sound hole is directed towards your ear canal for optimal audio.

Improper wear may affect call quality and listening experience.

First-Time Connection (Pairing)

1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. Remove any isolation films from the earbuds and place them back into the case to activate them.
2. Pick up both earbuds from the case again.
3. On your phone, refresh the Bluetooth device list and select "QCY Crossky C30" to complete the pairing process.

Multi-Point Connection

The earbuds support connecting to two devices simultaneously.

1. Ensure earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode. Connect them to Device A.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The earbuds will re-enter pairing mode.
3. On Device B, search for "QCY Crossky C30" and tap to connect.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on Device A and tap "QCY Crossky C30" in the paired devices list to reconnect.

The earbuds are now connected to both Device A and Device B, allowing seamless switching.

3. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case lid and take out the earbuds. Alternatively, if earbuds are already out of the case, long-press the touch panels for 1.5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Controls (Touch Panel)

• Play/Pause: Double-tap either earbud's touch panel.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the right earbud's touch panel.
• Last Track: Triple-tap the left earbud's touch panel.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap either earbud's touch panel.
• Reject Call: Long-press either earbud's touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left earbud's touch panel.

4. Charging

Charging Earbuds

When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, their LED indicators will glow solid red, indicating they are charging. The lights will turn off once fully charged.

Charging Case

Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source.

• Charging: The white LED on the case will blink.
• Fully Charged: The white LED on the case will glow solid.

5. Maintenance

Cleaning

Do not use oil or other volatile liquids to clean the product. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.

Water Resistance

The QCY Crossky C30 earphones are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain, but they should not be submerged in water.

6. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Factory Reset

If you experience connection issues, perform a factory reset:

1. Disconnect the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth settings.
2. Pick up the earbuds from the charging case.
3. Within 30 seconds, touch both earbud panels 5 times. The LED will blink white 5 times, then reset is complete.
4. After resetting, follow the "First-Time Connection" steps to re-pair.

Common Issues and Solutions

• Only one earbud has sound: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then take them out again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
